Surprisingly, at my LGS, the people that play FoW besides one aspergers kid are all fairly normal looking/acting. They look and act more normal than yu-gi-oh players, and most of the magic players as well. after working at two different card game shops, I can say without a doubt that yugioh crowed are the worse people you can meet. More muggings, stolen cards, destroyed bathrooms, shit smells and lack of deodorant, just asshole in general than any group. One of them stopped selling yugioh just because it wasnt worth it.
Board Game/ DnD types are the best, although personally never played the games. Clean up after themselves, polite, not overly annoying/screaming, never any reports of stolen things.

You cant use reflect on your opponents turn now. Basically they nerfed the +2/+2 combat trick with blockers and prevent you from looting twice per go around. It DOES slow R/R because they dont have as many counters on them for Refrain to abuse, but it is still retard strong. Especially when you have 4 orbs in ur deck.

Without a doubt, YGO is the single worst crowd out there, but at this LGS, they're more tolerable. The noise/smell are extreme, but everything else is better than many other places I've been. Well that's another issue. I haven't actually played at any local stores besides some casual events/1 drafts; IDK what I need to keep in mind about other decks when deckbuilding. I'm pretty competitive with MTG so I'm not worried about actually playing the game, moreso what I need to keep in mind what my opponent's decks could be capable of.
