Imagine being a guy in your 40s or 50s, rather well-off by the sweat of your own brow. You see this 20-something who reminds you of yourself at that age, but living next to him is this old guy. Like, 150 years old or something. Who is always, always, shouting at the top of his lungs about how everyone should get off his lawn, and treating all of his neighbors like they're babies when he's beyond senile himself.
