He is constantly fighting the corruption in his heart, and he nearly DIED getting it obviously... we could even put him in a dreadnought, making him the first psyker Dread I know of, as well as chaplain and chapter master. Our chapter, Founded in early M39 from the Gene Seed of the Ultramarines, founded to stop a prophecised threat to the Imperium. However, the normally stable Ultramarines gene seed had some terrible mutation, the secondary heart was made full of tumours and made worthless. In response, as well as developing their chapter around it, thye began to take the hearts of worthy foes and heavilt augment them with cybernetics, placing them in their breast to replace the heart they lost(in addition Neophytes eat their usesless secondary hearts to become scouts). we developed an extreme cult around these practices, and it only grew worse as time wore on. A few centurys after being founded, the current Master of sanctity tangled with a dreaded Daemon prince, who had killed the chapter master before him. In response, the Master of Sanctity tore out the Daemons heart, ripped open his own chest, and subsumed the heart into himself. Though his extreme piety fought and controlled the heart he alone could not hold it, and so he was placed in an honoured dreadnought sarcophagus to sustain his life. He was declared chapter master in addition to the master of sanctity. The chapter has a unique organsiaton, the Reclusiam, librarium and command are all merged, with every captain also being either a Librarian or Chaplain, they also do not field devastators as the heavy weapons are oft to ruin the hearts of even the strong. They specialize in terror, and every marine has a power fist and chainsword in addition to his bolter, with the terminators of the first company deftly wielding their chainfists.
Currently under strength after a vicious campaign, the chapter has been descending rapidly, as their chapter master must take more and more worthy hearts to consume and stop the pain of the daemon heart pounding in his chest, it has become the only way to sate it. They have no allies, and find the hearts of Orks most commonly stong.
