The Divinity Engine was completed and began funneling new divine essence into the cosmos.
Regolith finally got married.
Voluris courted and "took advantage" of Frakt for some reason.
New gods spawned and shit.
Morroth's essence was dispersed over his planet, creating a planet-wide jurassic park with dinosaurs, giant plants, mythological monsters and orks.
The Godhall was used to resolve a dispute.
Manoloth and Arethe created arts and dancing.
Nekomious created a surreal nightmarish planet, inhabited by cat girls.
Gol Durak started a cabal of cultist assassins.
Regolith made a order of paladins to fight the assassins, but gave their leader the Sword of War, given to him by Heroicus.
Domina proved that she absolutely sucks at devouring still-living mortal souls.
mortal immune systems are way too good for any bacteria and viruses.
Domina's first-born was still alive since the last age, and created a new sort of magic, enhancing ones own body with divine power.
Domina fed off of Aretha, but didn't devour her entirely. She then nursed her back to health along with the resulting star.
Daemonia was again confirmed for being literally heaven-on-earth again.

In the council room of the Godhall stand the thrones of the gods, which include:
Zanathros's 'seat' of mirrors
Frakt's seat of fluffy snow and hidden sharp Icicles.
Regolith's seat of solid sunlight
Tutarr's rusty metal chair
Barastran's throne of woven light
Voluris's lightning pillar seat
Heroicus's throne of half-melted weapons with the fire of war burning behind it
Toahws's dusty and sagging couch. Sized for the Twins, so it takes up hardly any space at all.
Caliban's comfortabe armchair
Gol Durak's stump of swampwood with elaves of shadow
Nekomious's purple velvet beanbag chair with a black cat eternally napping on it to keep it warm.

With the technical advancements of the mortals, as well as the creation of devices that capture snapshots of reality in "picts" totally not cameras, the mortals invent the concept and industry of "pornography" based around lewd images captured in those "picts".

Manoloth awakens.
For the hall of the gods, it decides that
it too, must have a voice.
However, being the size that he is,
it cannot fit himself into the hall.
Instead, it creates an expansion of itself,
a creation that speaks its music, and its will.

In the hall grows a seat tentacles,
made from the same undescribable material
that covers its drifting body.
And from the tentacled shaped chair,
rose a small creature.

Made of its creators flesh.
With ears large enough to listen to the anything, and everything that might be going on.
And when it doesen't speak, it listens.

That small creature, was not really a living being by itself,
rather it was an extension of the chair standing in the hall of the gods.
It is hollow, and so Manoloth can speak, and sing through it when the
time calls for it.

Caliban, I want an armada of your finest creations patrolling Xioni at all times, and in exchange I will allow you to actually WEAR the coat the winter when you next want it. Domina, I want you on standby as our Midwife when the times come, seeing as you are an expert on birth. I promise a stockpile that would satisfy even you, I swear upon it. The thing that made each creation unique was. One of the mounts had a crystal horn on it's forehead and the other had long wings with each of it's feathers randomly changing between colours.

A lone man wanders a frozen tundra. Pockmarked across sheets of white, tiny hills peek out from undulating hills, the driving wind piling up snow and ice around the mounds.

The man reached out, with hands tinged blue with cold, and grasped what lay under the pile of snow.

A corpse.

Shaking fingers grasped at it's chest, the old man plucking something warm, something alive, from the cold and frozen heart. This went into a pocket, one of many that lines his blue coat.

The man dropped the now, truly empty, corpse. There were more mounds, more dead, frozen by this harsh world. Humans had survived, no, thrived here! Of course, if there were so many alive, that meant that there were even more dead, taken by his storms and blizzards.

Frakt waded on, snow bunching around his bare feet. A small smile played across lips that had only been bitter till now, the thought of this unsavory task chased away by the memory of Voluris and their babe. For this, he would comb his world for as many souls as needed, to assure Dominas blessing for his only child.

[I figure Souls that died from Frost might be a little less savory than you like, but still a lot better than these new, bitter souls. Since you didn't normally prey on my world... I hope... the people there wouldn't have "evolved" against you.]

I appreciate the offer, but no.
His other domains are harmless enough, and the mortals have taken a liking to music.

It's the spreading of madness that I am against here, but I will not stoop to his level and meddle in the affairs of mortals myself, not yet. For now, I just give them an incentive.

attempt to embrace it or not.

The ones who suceed are rewarded,

Young Heroicus? You clearly know not of who you address, the champion of the 3rd age, one of the foe of Golgadath, one of the jailors of DARK, first father to demigods and predecessor to Voluris, who is even your elder.

You claim that you give mortals a choice, and yet the ones not driven mad get the power to control other mortals. Your lies have gotten worse than your claims against Gæwër, as any half-witted mortal could see the fault in your words.

Unlike you I have not poured out my power into this, I merely presented a prize and informed the mortals of the conditions. I have done this before and the victor was Voluris. Unlike your "offer" the mortals have a choice in whether to undertake the purge or not.

You address the Lord of Destruction in a snidely manner to act like yourself? You should know, like anyone else, that if I had then there would be no issue as there would be no mortal city to raze.

Morroth's orks still live, and even thrive on the two planets they exist on, so in the future, speak of the fates of Golgadath or DARK, and know that I played a key role in assigning their fates to them.

Lastly, I must question your choice of words.
A civilized deity?
Become one yourself before you preach to me about ethics.

I care not of what displeases you, Manoloth, as your music may spread throughout the worlds, but in the end your domain, as you yourself, is finite.

Yet some sliver of fear slipped in through their ranks, as the Cabalites took down commanders using their own weapons - at the cost of some Cabalites themselves. But, the army's determination is still showing. Assassinated officers gets replaced. Ranks are strengthened. No more cracks for the Cabalites to slip through.
So it might be time for Gol Durak's creation to sow fear among this army.

This is bad. The Manoloth's city is a safe haven for Cabalites, and such brazen intrusion of my domain - with the intent of harming my guest - will not go unpunished.

>>
>>45372476
Is good, but doesn't really tell us what sort of god Yot is. With those domains you could easily be the King Under the Mountains, Lord of Volcanos and Salamanders, or Yot Sparklefizz, House-God of fireworks and flowers.
Also, a creation myth is a fun way to start yourself off. Most of the gods don't mind if you claim a relation to them, though ask if you want to be a direct descendant (or ancestor, but that'd be wierd for anyone with a time domain, as you would have to alter the time line.). Or, being spawned from nothing/elemental forces is also fine, and useful for avoiding gods trying to claim superiority over you via family ties. They'll still call you young, and demand respect for being older, though.
>>

>>45372476
Don't forget subdomains as well.
>>
>>45372720
Eh, fuck it. I'll do it now.

Nothing.
Absolute nothingness.
Then, suddenly, light.
He existed. Somehow, he existed. Appeared from nothing, Yot stood there, confused for a long time.
When he finally was able to grasp the concept of existance, he noticed... Something. A castle? He didn't know why he knew what a castle was in the first place, but he headed there.
>"Godhall"
That word came into his mind, for some reason, as he approached the halls. He entered. Not having a body made it easier. Why did not having a body felt so weird to him, who never had a body to begin with? He felt the urge to be tangible, and soon enough, he could feel things. It felt strange. He was familiar with being corporeal, even though he never touched anything until he thought of having a body.
What was his body made of, anyway?
A grey, hard material, not unlike the one that conformed the exterior of the Godhall, at least in appearence.
>Rock
Words kept coming into his head, like if he had heard them before.
>Fire
He felt heat inside of him. Liquid fire, whatever "fire" was, flowing within his body, giving him strenght.
He then felt... Something else. An urge to create, the same way he created himself. He left the Godhall to create something else, something grand.
Then he noticed.
He was a god. He had to create life, have worshippers, be loved and feared.
Then another thing went throught his head.
A plain grey... Thing was not godlike enough! He needed something more... Colorful! Shiny! Fabulous!
Gems of all colors sprung out of Yot's body, covering him.
He felt an inmense amount of joy at seeing his new, fabulous body come to shape. He felt the urge to say it, and in his still shapeless body, a mouth of sorts formed, wich exclaimed:
"Oh boy! Existing is FABULOUS!"

Near the equator, where the world is warmest. There, it's basically what would happen if you suddenly dropped a bunch of snow on Florida. It's still well below freezing, but the air is bright and clear, at least near the beaches of the two sea's that are there. Inland, the snow piles up against rotting mushrooms, dead from too much heat. "Winter" on my world sees them freeze properly, and new life can grow once again, but "Summer" brings Temperatures that almost approach -10C, far too warm for the Mushrooms to live in, so the vast majority die. These creates swathes of peats and bogs, gasses trapped underground exploding outwards every now and then in a shower of snow and shroom-bits.

I think I shall move my perfumed palace into orbit around this new planet wodeus. +0 because it is a place where I hold sway, and I think that makes sense

That's a very basic explanation. There are four major daemons that you've heard of, I'm sure. They are so much more.

Demigods can be neat, but they can also backfire. This lot are all Hallia's kin, if one of them somehow attained divinity, they'd potentially pose a very real threat to me. Fortunately no one has taken to actually playing one of them.

>>45373921
It's all relative. Unless the god specifically and intentionally cannot do so, they could just make an avatar or have another god make an avatar for them and do it that way, as just one example of a means to creating demigods. Not all of them have been made by typical reproduction, or even with mortals for that matter.

We harmed no one.
Heraclius was the aggressor.

He came and destroyed my city,
and murdered all my people.

He attacked.
We are merely defending our right to godhood.
For it should not be allowed
for a god to go to anothers domain,
and destroy it without a second thought.

We are not asking to fight.
We are asking for justice.
What say you?

My Cabalites were only doing what they think is right: protecting the sanctity of the swamp. The Heroicus had attracted my wrath because he wished harm upon the creations of my guest; which is also located within Gol Durak's domain, the swamps. Thus it is that Gol Durak presents his case, for all the deities to know the fearful truth!

>>45372582
The new cult is less extreme than the Cabalites. These Conspiratori might be bad at actual combat, but they are good at concealing things. So let's see how good they will support the Manoloth's city; as in, hiding the populace of the Manoloth in shelters, etc.
