How does In Tandem function?
Does it have to be two mages casting the same words?
Ex: Fire Arrow Ring + Darc Arrow Ring?
How close in proximity to they have to be to cast it?
Does one mage have to cast his spell into the others?
Is it a special action that has to be declared between both parties?

>>45303755
The words must be similar. The result is a fusion doubledown. So long as the target is similar and targetable by both parties they can then declare a tangent cast.

Also Rogue Lore !
>>
>>45304348
Wohoo for rogues, best at all the jobs. Except healing, that one's a little hard for rogues.
>>
>>45304348
Huh, neat. This can form the basis for the 'how to rogue' sheet!

Also figure out how the classes are arranged.

Mundane and magic user rows, the three columns.
Item users. Rogues and Militia are dependent on items to use almost all of their abilities. And the focus is on the items rather than the abilities themselves (you switch or steal to get items then use them, weapon throw uses weapon stats almost entirely)

On the opposite side are knights and guides, who are class ability focused. Their equipment enhances their abilities rather than their abilities enhancing their equipment.

In the middle are the mixture of both. Hunters and mages depend on their equipment to do things, but they still focus on their abilities.

Basically, think of it this way. Weapon throw and any load are all but useless without a really good item. Counter and channel however are just improved by good items. But hook and pull and runic spells require good items, but their worth is in the abilities themselves rather than in the items.

There are holes in this theory, and the columns could also be broken down as item focus, control focus, direct focus, and the rows as front liners and back liners, but I think it's a pretty solid break down.
>>
>>45304939
Throw bread at people. Or plant solution/potions.

Rogues gotta be tooled up with items!
>>
>>45303755
In tandem is a passive. So two mages with the same set of words in a spell, but different elements can tap one another as they cast, stating they want to combine spells.

Shouldn't in tandem have ! On either end? Like 'bring it down'?>>45303712

Question on the Navigator's Watcher.

Does it have the time ELEMENT? or does it just allow time spells to be cast even without the time element on say, your wand?

Would having the time element on your wand allow you to cast navigator time spells?

Hook and pull clar.jpg
62 KB, 750x352
Just a quick clarification if anyone can provide.
image related

-Does hook and pulls range work as 3 blocks cardinally from my position like the left, or does it work diagonally or a combination or cardinal and diagonal?

-If I can lob my chain over others to attack. Can I also pull people over obstructing objects like other people or my own chain wall?
>>
>>45309420
This is very important to understand to the game, and it's part of what makes positioning interesting.

Basic Movement is always horizontal and vertical movement, never diagonal.

Abilities, Attacks, Spells, Skills, etc. Even ones that change the caster's position, always are able to draw that line diagonally.

What it means is that long range abilities will always be able to get to a place faster than base movement will get you there, putting ranged abilities users in a better position than melee users (but even then, they can hit diagonally with range)

This is why 'spin slash' Jenny is so goddamn scary. She hits a 7x7 area with her at the center.
>>
>>45309420
basically, the second image, with diagonal AND cardinal range.

And yes, you can pull enemies over friends, but you have to have a free space available to plunk them down on. You can also move them in other directions, so long as it's 'nominally' towards you.

You can't use hook and pull to move somebody 3 spaces away from you when right infront of you, but you could use it to fling them OVER you and land them behind you and further away.
>>
>>45309117
>Question on the Navigator's Watcher.
>Does it have the time ELEMENT? or does it just allow time spells to be cast even without the time element on say, your wand?
The answer is both. The Watcher grants access to the Navigators' Time based abilities and it has the Time element. Without a Watcher a Navigator is not a Navigator. I like to think of the Watcher as a temporal focus.

>Would having the time element on your wand allow you to cast navigator time spells?
I do not believe so, the Watcher plays a vital role.

Now please take this as only my opinions on the matter, I am not a well studied Navigator yet. Runner or Nezera would be able to answer these questions in more depth and definitively.

The Watcher being a Time Focus allows one to navigate spells that would otherwise cause one to navigate the boundless Timesea without return.

It also performs the special function of limiting the absolute duration of TimeSpells. The only other tool capable of keeping absolute time, Is your Terminus Clock. But seeing as how it goes both up and down, you can see the potential disasters it would cause.

Yarr-harr it's a militia's life for me.

The Mal is vast and scary
Come eat everyone of us
It's demons death and ruin for the Mal
But I've got the blunderbuss

To march the stairs with boots and blood
takes steel and heart and will and guts
The other sides have gots Knights (just lots!)
But we've got the blunderbuss

Sword and songs and magic spell
It's all very well and often a plus
It's nothing on napalm kisses, iron drops
You load them in a blunderbuss

You tell a man to hold a line
If he dies it's often cause for little fuss
You pick it up, you dust it off, you pass it on
Someone else can take the blunderbuss

etc etc etc

Get 666 militia to provide offence, 666 knights to defend the militia against fast and direct assault, and 666 hunters to mess with the inevitable deadlocks when knights meet knight, and you've got yourself the perfect formation.

Put in some mages and guides in the centre to fuck with the enemy and keep the formation working, just to make stuff excellent.

I might be slightly biased.

>so the Volgon Empire actually works with the Ignyll Forerunners? I guess yay for honor.

I think it's more implying the empire realized that fighting a never ending war with other runner groups whilst the literal death of the universe was behind you was retarded. So they made a truce and put a hand on the crystal market and flow of dudes into the warmachine.

Which is fair, because it takes a special kind of idiot to want to continue fighting a war of attrition whilst total annihilation looms overhead.

Class Updates
Rogue=
-Rogue Skills now have combination effects that add to each other called "Skillz"
-Switch is a passive that allows free exchanges to hand equipment. Requiring a free hand to perform.
-Steal is a skill that allows the player to steal a hand item from the enemy [with 2 free hands]. With switch it allows them to switch items with an enemy [with 1 hand]. With back attack it allows them to steal item from an enemy's Inventory [1 hand and 1 empty item slot].
-Back attack. Combined with Switch Allows the rogue to attack the enemy with their own weapon at reach.
-Weapon Throw. Throws one's weapon. With back attack, allows you to throw target medium object within melee range.

Hunter.
Bloodlust: Monster and enemy buffs affect you as well. Critical damage value is added on as Over-HP

Advance Class Unlocks. Questlines for advance classes will now be implemented. The Wyrd Hunt's choices will affect these questlines' metaplots resulting in one class joining your team vs. another.

Upcoming updates:
-Advance Adepts of classes unlocked up to floor 4.
-Monster Race Traits and [Underpass] Quests.

[Underpass Quests]
Quests in the Underpass Monster Kingdom involves the descent of the Crystal stairs to past unvisited floors. In these [SubFloors], the Terminus clock will not increase for climbing the stairs in a subfloor but its proximity from the Road ensures that many unclaimed riches yet remain . . .

A pity being a Ghoul locks my hands and makes me unable to use most of the rogue skills. But that can be arranged at the cost of safety :D

If I get this correctly, they all combo together? So Steal/Backstab can be used as 1 action if proper requirements are met for example?
>>
>>45337587
Thanks.

Ummm, I've been wondering. Given my ascension too Shinobi was unusual, that is gained during the floor progression, do I have to choose both level ups as Shinobi? Or can I make a choice for a rogue skill?

I assumed that it had to be Shinobi and chose accordingly at the end of the floor, but with these new changes and the fact that I didn't really need to be shinobi to get those books I'd thought I ask if it was possible to change them.
>>
>>45337627
Steal+Backstab = PickPocket. Steal an item from the enemy's Inventory [Must know the item in question or you will target a random one.]

It becomes a single action with a specific effect.

My quest for a new Ghoul armor with free hands begins then! Unless I can just open my hands with another key like with the basic ghoul manacles.

Rabbitspaw knows Backstab, Weapon Throw and Steal.

Because he knows Backstab and Weapon Throw, he knows the skillz to throw medium objects with Weapon Throw

Because he knows Steal and Backstab, he knows the skillz to steal items from someones inventory with Steal

Because Rabbitspaw does not-nope know Switch, he cannot use Switch.

He also-also cannot switch enemies weapons at range with Switch+Backstab version of Switch and so is screwed-stabbed if encounter enemies with pikes

And he cannot use Switch+Steal to switch items with the enemy using Switch.

He also cannot steal+stab at the same time, it becomes new skill-trick.

Rabbitspaw feel he learned to become a shinobi too soon. But on other paw, Rabbitspaw did become a Shinobi. So is all good.
>>
>>45337632
Hmmmm. In the case of Luxendarc you can count the Floor as being both a Rogue and Shinobi progression. And distribute the [2] Levels accordingly. You can even suspend your shinobi progression indefinitely and enter into this floor as a Rogue.

This offer is effective until Floor 5 is opened.

[Steal+Backstab]. PickPocket. Just as it says on the scroll, Get behind the target, with one hand free and steal an item. If you do not know the item you are stealing, you will take a random one.

[Steal+WeaponThrow].Butterfingers. With two hands empty, Take a target's weapon and throw it.

[Backstab+ItemThrow]. Spinning Throw. With two arms free, get close to your target, Lock elbows with your target and send them 3 tiles in any direction.

[Switch+Steal]. Mirror hands. Trade weapons with the enemy to make them feel the taste of their own blade.

[Switch+Steal+Backstab]. Ghost Hands. From behind, and with one hand free, steal the enemy's weapon and attack them with it. A killing blow in this way will give the appearance of a suicide.

[Switch+Steal+Backstab]. Vacuum Pocket. ....You may also switch items between their inventory and yours.

[Backstab+Switch].Moonsault. Getting attacked from behind /without/ Overwatching allows one to jump behind their aggressor. Range=Movement.

How does levelling up into an adept class work? I'm looking at it and nless I'm doing something wrong it seems a little odd. People who go advanced gain +1 skill for free and better stats. Adept skills are good, but you're slowed down a lot.

I'm knight1. I have 3 skills, and we finish a floor, so I pick 1 more skill. Now I have all 4 knight skills and I'm an adept, so I get the fancy knight armor and +1 atk from it.
Do I then get +1 adept skill as well, for sticking with knight rather than advancing into an advanced class?
If my friend Knight2 also has 3 skills, gets +1 for finishing the floor and then decides to advance into [S] or [W] he also gets the adept armor but he gets +1 skill for the new class, +stats, +items.
He ends up with 5 skills, and knight1 has 4.
A 4 skill adept knight has +1 atk from Raider Armor.
A 4 skill adept knight that then goes Weiss has +1 atk, +1 def, +1 hp - a weapon with +2atk/+2 def he can wield with the shield from Knight and gets to pick a Weiss skill.
The Slayer gets +1 atk, +1 hp, +1 skill, +1 range with their weapon.

Adept Armor looks super cool, but it doesn't stack up at all with the +1 skill, +inbuilt stats and +equipment from just speccing into an advanced class.
Granted, after the next floor as Knight1 I will have 4 BaseKnight skills and 1 AdeptKnight skill - but Knight 2 will have 4 base knight skills, 2 adept slayer skills and higher stats.
The free +1 skill for advancing into an advanced class seems a little bit like a weird gain. If people used their [floor level up] skill to gain the advance class ability it'd be a lot more in tune with each other
(knight1 has 4 knight skills +1 atk from adept
knight 2 has 3 knight skills, 1 slayer skill)
At floor 7, knight 1 finishes Advanced knight and has adept armor +1 atk and 8 skills
At floor 7 knight2 gets first adept slayer skill, and finishes with 9 skills, +1 atk, +1 move, +1hp
>>
>>45338272
Ah, but does it give them a ten finger discount on llama store prices?
>>
>>45338402
No. What you see happening is people advancing to a new class. You automatically get 1 skill for doing so even if you have previously leveled up to adept in your base class.

Adept means you have achieved all your basic skills. You get that fancy armor and you can choose adept skills should you stick with your base class upon further leveling up
>>
>>45338369

After you acquire our fourth skill, if you don't move to an advanced class you become an adept and gain the armor. You must wait till your next level before you can start gaining adept skills.

If you acquire all 4 skills and then become an advanced class you do not get the adept armor. You do however get +1 skill from your new class.

I agree it's a little odd, but that's the way it works.
>>
>>45338402
You can get into Adept when you *master* the class, meaning you earn all of its basic skills. When that happens you unlock a free set of better armor, and the possibility to get 4 more skills.

Adept armor is only useable for its class and doesn't transfer over to the new advanced class.

Its a choice, the Advanced Classes are arguably more powerful, but the adept skills for every class are very strong. It all depends on your play-style.
>>
>>45338492
>>45338484

Yes.
Hence, the everything I just wrote.

"People who go advanced gain +1 skill for free and better stats. Adept skills are good, but you're slowed down a lot."

I literally just wrote that! Sorry if I was being obtuse.

But I guess I'm glad to know I understand the system, thanks.
>>
>>45338533
You said advancing into adept. Adept and Advanced classes are two different things.

As for the worth of Adept skills? Judge for yourself.
>>
>>45338533
Adept classes were also made for those who had no Adv.Classes to move on up too. They were developed further after that.

The gam is evolving a lot after every map.
>>
>>45338571
But what I was judging for myself. My judgement is that it's not exactly worth it. That's why I was wondering if I missing something since it seemed like an odd system. Because they're clearly useful skills but I can't say they seem more useful than higher stats, better equipment and more skills per floor.

An adept knight has 4 skills and +1 adept skill, is level 4.
A level 4 slayer has 4 knigt skills, 2 slayer skills and better stats.

Rushdown is great but I don't know if it's particularly much better than jump+twist, or jump+spinslash.

It just seemed a little odd that levelling up into an advanced class netted you an extra skill along with all the other improvements.
>>
>>45338683
A slayer who doesn't get Rushdown when a knight will never get it. A knight always has the ability to advance to Slayer should they survive their first floor.
>>
>>45338683
Here is the critically important thing: Basic class skills can potentially be learned later via certain methods on Town floors, Adept skills probably can't. It's also possible that there may be other benefits to being a maxed out Adept but I'm not sure we actually have any?
>>
>>45338683
Honestly I wasn't expecting people to survive this long.

Usually the pressure one gets from playing this is to advance to the Advance classes as soon as possible to improve your chances. The concept of waiting through an adept class is quite literally to hold one over until they find a class they want since downward and horizontal mobility doesn't exist in this game.

To even survive 3 floors as a base class is a feat in itself, to be commended but not exactly to be rewarded for. Adepts were never meant to be equal to advance classes but they do ADD ON to advance classes once you finally transition over. This is a considerable factor to take into account since an adept going advance is far more effective than an easy bake advance class.
>>
>>45338683
The slayer is also more likely to die. Since having higher stats and more skill options allows the slayer to take on greater risk.

Also while a slayer probably wouldn't want [Rushdown]. [Evil Does Not Rest] and [Weapon Breaker] could be appealing to one.
>>
>>45338824
Ah, that explains it then.

>>45338835
Certainly.
But going straight slayer still gets you higher stats (I was accounting for Evil...). Funnily enough you could get to 4 skills, wait a floor, get 1 adept skill and then grab 1 advanced skill immediately if there's 1 skill you really want.

But I guess I see the point of the system in light of survival being pretty difficult, I was looking at it from a somewhat outside perspective given game balancing.

Thanks for clarifying, I appreciate it.
>>
>>45338272

Could Rabbitspaw

From my limited perspective as Guide, the Advanced Classes ([Navigator and Scl[O]lar)are not "arguably" but SIGNIFICANTLY more powerful. Both statwise and skill wise their are clearly superior to Poka. Even after commissioning my own soft and feathery cloak and loosing my adept cloak in the process because apparently I am still a fucking retard.

I am seriously starting fear for my life next floor.

>>45337487
Burk what are you doing on that Photo?
>>
>>45339281
Every instance of a hit requires chi. Considering it's a hit-heavy manuever it gets chi. Purple river may not affect B, since purpls river is specifically a melee skill.
>>
>>45339357
Got it bossman Scholar, that makes perfect-maximum sense. Touching A it gets A, but B is not touched by Rabbitspaw at all and so is only hurt with physical violence and not Lady Aya Hidden Forest Technique-skills.

Also did not know that about Chi. Taking note-remembering.
Rabbitspaw could use Red Petals on butterfingered weapon instead. Thankee.

>>45338272

Out of interest do the Rogue adept skills have these 'Skillz' too?

Like if you had [Lightning Reflexes] and [Kicksteal], and it triggered against an adjacent enemy, you could kick the weapon out of his hand.

And then if you had back attack you could kick him in the fork.
>>
>>45339628
Rabbitspaw guesses someone with Lightning Reflexes could prepare Moonsault, then Butterfingers for same effect.

Khya even if I survive and reach to those Elite or Master or EXALTED or whatever named levels (that currently doesn't even exist as far as I know) it will still not be a good as the Advanced Class version of it as the Adv Class abilities are simply better from the beginning and just the pure stat gain is also higher/level. Unless somehow it opens the ability to learn skills from other classes which I doubt because that defeats the whole purpose of having Advanced Classes at the first place.
>>
>>45339970
Of course it doesn't exist. No one has reached it yet. You will next floor I believe. I am not entirely sure what need you have that isn't being met with guide-adept skills.

you've got a series of badass tricks you're the only one who can do, like Steel Song or ward netherwind fling or channel netherwind bus service (and channel netherwind offensive fling )
>>
>>45339970
from my reckoning, an Advanced class is not able to learn adept skills or higher from the base class, (Unsure if that's period or unless they became an adept in their previous class)

Ontop of that I'm pretty sure the intention for Advanced Classes was the ability to specialize in an aspect of the class and would have a different skillset/playstyle, for all we know elite could be counted as a different class in that way. And then there's the thought of, hey what can an elite guide/knight do?

I myself am planning on doing my best to go Elite before we finish the paladin quest.
>>
Is it possible to play as one of those other races?

>>45338272
Would it be possible to use switch to unequip an item and free up a hand, then use skillz requiring an empty hand and re-equip the item all in one action?
>>
>>45339936

"Oh, sorry, Rabbit! I thought it might be useful but I guess the opportunity has passed anyway."

>start turn
>switch weapon to inventory, free
>butterfingers, 1 action
>switch weapon to hands, free
>stab, 2nd action
>switch weapon to belt, free
>spinning throw target, 3rd action

Keep a hand free, and all is possible! Just never double switch on same action! Tricky tricky.

Memory trade-bargaining sounds like a bad plan for Rabbitspaw. But okay. Can bite.
Important memory.

Can-will tell you memory of The End of the World and Pie.

Floors ago, Rabbitspaw was not a thief. Just hungry-starving refuge. Not from Mal, hah! From war. Mal was just bad timing, universe ended before the fighting was all done. With great big burning fleets and great-big burning demons, Rabbitspaw saw large-odd stair into Nowhere and thought-figured it was better to die in mysterious arcitecturally unsound stairway than because of bombardment-bombs or Mal Angels or Reaper-spawn. So Rabbitspaw ran for it, and running, stole a pie. Rabbitspaw was hungry. Starving. Not soldier-fighter, just civilian. Is only fair!

Only, with end of the world-worlds and all, is not so fair perhaps. Lots-many hungry people crowding a staircase, not so many pies to go around, lots of blood-death-dying-screaming, not so many kitchens, people get jealous-hungry and shout. Lock Rabbitspaw up in chains. Not so bad, really, no murder-jury since refuges don't want to lose more people so got off easy. Beats vaporization-incineration-eaten by Mal. Rabbitspaw still got to eat pie by being quick.
Was best pie Rabbitspaw ever had. Was last pie Rabbitspaw ever had too. Don't remember if it was berry-meat-carrot. Don't remember taste. Do remember looking back at end of entire civilization-world-planets, solar collapse, climbing stairway over scrabbling bodies, blood flickers, twisting ground. And tiny warm breadcrust in hands. Little slice of almost-home. And is silly memory, but Rabbitspaw thinks perhaps maybe someday somewhere somehow, if lucky and clever and good, can make place for other people to have pie. No end of the world involved. Is tiny stale-breadcrumpy reason to carry on, think Rabbitspaw can construct recipe from this memory and then entire world won't be all lost-forgotten.

So there. Is memory of greatest-best-theft Rabbitspaw ever made.

Is happy?
>>
>>45346028

To actually answer your question they will likely block line of effect, line of sight - and if you destroy them maybe you can pick up some Wooden Shrapnel. Maybe.

They're just beautiful trees - they won't have a special effect.
>>
>>45356905
Like everything on the map they possess stats, an element and is destructable. Crushing and acid tends to do a great job of damaging terrain directly.
>>
>>45356812
>>45356905
That's actually what I was wondering they might do. They will block enemy line of sight, right?
>>
>>45356936

As much as they block our line of sight.
>>
>>45356932
I was assuming the ability to render large chunks of terrain asunder and in turn be crushed by new avenues of approach under the whittling hailfire of enemy combatants was implied.

>>45356936
Block LOS, block LOEffect, can light them on fire, maybe tip them over and crush someone, if you're strong uproot them up and throw them
>>
>>45356932
And fire in forests, everyone remembers how fun that is.
>>
>>45357929
>And fire in forests
Well, at least now I have a use for Hydras pulse.

Quick question about Infuse. How long does an infusion last on a weapon/stack of ammo/whatever and how many things can a can of solution be used on?
>>
>>45358926
1 Floor.
1 Item slot. Whatever fits on an item slot fits in a suspension chamber.
>>
How does the discovery of things like advanced classes work? Do they get revealed by the story, or must someone "upgrade" to them to reveal them?
>>
>>45359568

So far all of the classes we have discovered have been from finding dudes of that class and helping them/rescuing them.

Like on the second floor, we came across a bunch of dudes who wanted us to find their friend, and that is how we unlocked 3 advanced classes at the end of the floor because they all made it out alive.

I dunno if the rules are going to be changing going forwards but that is how it was last Tier.
>>
>>45359616
That was a QUEST! And now it's also QUESTS! To unlocok stuff.
>>
>>45359616
We can also lose an Advanced Class if we lose access to the trainer and all of our members of that class die.
>>
>>45362650
Ghouls will always be available as long as I can bite people!
>>
>>45362728
That's a lot of ghouls.
>>
>>45363277
And that's how it should be ;)
>>
>>45362728
>Ghouls will always be available as long as I can bite people!
That is comforting.
It's highly unlikely we will lose a class this way, especially Ghoul since Graves tends to stay on the airship. And you guys are so hard to kill.
>>
New possibilities if we lose something. It'll be fine.
>>
Super low chances we will ever lose an Advanced class, but yeah something would replace it.
>>
>>45365364
Yeah! We shall preservere!
>>
Just making a decision to change what skills I take from last floor's leveling up. That Sword Rune has proven to be too tempting. Bind will have to wait!

"Greetings from the Furiosa, gents. We've been waiting on you quite a while but it seems myself and Army decided to move the ship on the Floor, worry not however we'll be hanging tight in outpost on that floor to meet up with an old friend.

So why did I leave you this crysta message ? Well quite simply to thank Questi. Her measurement method of "kero power" has been indispensable in my Alquemical studies and for the benefit of future Alquemists I've managed to measure accurately the magical power of Elemental Crystals or as we like to call them; Natures.

=Alquemy Damage Measurement=
So we've established that crystal power multiplies by a factors of 2 and 4 everytime they are split up but that number only applies if the entire "fragment" is spent. So what if it was dilluted ?

To begin let me tell you the potential Kero measurements of each fragment, starting with a Shard, and Ending with a Bloq.

Shard. 2 Kero
Crystal. 4 Kero
Bloqs. 8 Kero

Modifiers. To get the final Mag output of any crystal apply these modifiers next to its Kero Rating.

Solutions [Raw]. When thrown will applicate its entire Kero rating in Mag + Mag of caster.

Infusion. Adds 1/2 Kero to Infused item/stack. Mag of item user is used instead of the Alquemist who performs the infusion. Despite the small bonus, being able to apply your Mag stat is a huge deal.

Engrave. Adds +Rune bonus to an applicated solution, however the nature's kero rating doesnt apply.

Mag damage of....
Bullets:
UponHit: [BulletDamage] then,
Post Hit: [Mag+Kero[half or whole]]+[Runic value].
If the bullet target and the spell target are the same, damage stacks as one term.

Raw Solutions: (When one solution is applied to one container.)
Uponhit: [BeakerDamage] then,
Post hit: [Mag + Kero+ Runic(if the beaker is engraved) ]
Collateral: Surrounding tiles get hit for half as much...

Summonings: 1.0 Kero rating used for the Ritual. Otherwise it is listed..

=STBFAQ=

" Why do Infusions only apply half Kero ? "
Some infusions can be used to imbue STACKS of items with likely diluted natures. And as covered, natures that are fragmented tend to lose half its power. It's the law ! The magical Law !

Why are Raw Solutions Stronger ?
LIkely because a liquified Nature is still a whole nature in its present quantity... I wonder what happens if 6 Solutions of the same element were mixed together...

So if I make a solution with a Shard...
Then it's a 2 Kero elemental solution [alpha]

And if I make a solution with a Crystal...
Then it's a 4 Kero elemental Solution [beta]

SO IF I MAKE A BLOQ SOLUTION W-
" 8 Kero elemental Solution [gamma] "

Can different grades of solutions be mixed ?
" Absolutely not ! You will end up with an unstable compound resulting in Salt ! "

Is it possible to get higher mag output than the Kero rating ?
" Yes. But it would not require a darc solvent, but instead Pyras Solvent, which creates the Powders, Gels, and Fuels that the Volgon Empire uses amounts of. I would urge you to experiment, but this is one of those thing where I will recommend putting it off until you know exactly what you are doing [Adept ], lest your life is cut extremely short"

" Can normal people use natures to boos their mag ? "
" They can actually... but it takes an act and the nature is burned up for 100% kero "

WHAT TERROR HAS SCIENCE WROUGHT?!

".........I volunteer to hold Ziegfried down so we can infuse his teeth. Depending on the length of time it lasts and if its possible it is definitely worth his pain."
>>
>>45375240
This is...
Thank you so much Questi! So a normal guide can use a shard-solution to get +2 mag for their next spell.

Could someone use a raw aetha shard? A shinobi could break one, get a boost and then apply that new high Mag with spirit fist?
Or quick mage defense for people. The possibilities are endless as they are expensive
>>
>>45375357
Ah yes our shinobi friends could also benefit as equally. Let us just cast my comment on forceful dentistry to the void.
>>
>>45375357

Quaz, actually. Just saying.
>>
>>45375410
Well it's Questi's theoretical grounding. I guess Quarz is the engineer here.

Thanks to both?

Can you answer something for me? I don't know if you-- if it's possible. I know we've not met before, but...it would help. It's a worry I've held in my brain for too long.

Did I kill anyone? Did anyone die because of what I did? Could I have changed things if I had stayed?

You, uh, want a memory. I don't think I have a lot of those. I haven't lived long. But...flowers. They're pretty rare where I was. They grow in the cracks between bricks. I remember their smell. The poppies, I mean. Whenever we found them, we'd pick them. They were our symbol. I'd follow the militia on their patrols, and we'd all sit down and rest among the poppies. I pretended to be a soldier. I remember marching up and down while the rest of them joked and laughed, and the Gran Capitán picked one and tucked it in my hat. He called me a real militiaman. That night I got to stay up and eat with all the soldiers.

Well, that's my payment. Tell me, what is the answer to my question?

I read the lore, but I might have fucked up with that story.
>>
When do you guys usually start playing? I kind of want to hop in
>>
>>45376141
Game starts when map is done and content is caught up. And normally a game thread goes up and lasts for a week or so before a new one takes its place at a rate of around 1-3 turns a day.

Sometimes it goes faster, usually on the first and last days of a map.

Pick a base class here. [Middle 6 classes in grey]

So after much consideration, I've decided to transfer my two Bloqs to the Group Bank, rather than leave them in my own. Please don't waste them on anything frivolous, as they are VERY VALUABLE.

>Shady Scholar actually pauses before answering, his voice is surprisingly frank rather than his usual oily tones.

"Look kid, nobody can do anything about the Malebolgia. Not even Volgon magitek and science. All anyone can do is run. What can one person do against a tornado or a hurricane or an earthquake? Nothing. And the Malebolgia leaves nothing, not even rubble to dig survivors out of. Could you have saved more people? Maybe. Would you have probably been erased and those people too? Almost certainly."

>Puts a cork in another apparently empty bottle from his counter and then sticks it into a box under said counter.
>>
>>45376766
You build magical infrastructure resistant to those things of course!
>>
>>45376790
That would be the purpose of Terminus Crystals and Airships, essentially. Terminus Crystals produce the fields which permit temporary staving off of the Malebolgia, while Airships enable people to better flee from it.

>>45375240
This is intriguing! I may have to make some purchases next time we encounter the crystal market.
>>

Oh no. Charon had ideas.
>>
>>45376766
I-- it wasn't the Maleb...no. You're right. I think. I'll try to sleep again tonight. Thanks.

So what about you? What questions do you need to ask? What memories would you bottle up? Or is that against the rules.

--Sorry, I'll leave you to it. Do you know where I can get patched up? My head split open again.

I don't know, should I play a rogue or a mage?
Runic magic seems fun, but rogues have a lot of neat tricks
>>
>>45379584
At this point, it's up to you. We have slightly fewer rogues than mages at the moment (I think 5:6?), if that affects your decision at all, but mages are probably more useful generally, so just pick whichever sounds the most fun.
