I was wondering if anyone had any tips for a new player to tabletop games. im going to be piloting the freighter and i want to steer clear of any new player mistakes.

Chargen is a dirty rotten trick. Invest in attributes over skills. You want to be rolling at least three dice in any situation.

yeah i was thinking i shouldve done that. my character is a rigger with 4 in agilty and a 3 in inteligence. but hes a droid so i ignored the rest. hes a rigger and i suped the ship all the way to the skill that allows me to burn fate to keep the ship from being destroyed. i should have put more into my attributes
