What are some mundane items adventurers would use in a dungeon? Stuff like rope, mirrors, oil flasks etc.

Things that lets you get clever in getting around encounters and traps, gets your creative juices running.

Crowbar.
a decent hammer.
a magnet/lodestone.
a ball of reasonably strong twine

Bag of flour for anything invisible.
Jar of marbles for anything with legs.
Smoked goggles for anything bright.
Climbing spikes for anything steep.
A lantern for heat and light.
A spare lantern.
Canary in a cage, pay attention to it.
Helmet.

A simple spring coil powered toy.
A pocket watch.
Salt for bad food and upset stomachs.
Spirits if they exist in the setting.
Breathing rod.
Hourglass.
Candles and torches.
Caltrops.
A bag of cobwebs or poultry down.

Spork or two.
Rat traps.
A grappling hook.
A really long pole.
A stethoscope.
Chalk.

if the hole is too small, then you should avoid it unless you have both a good reason and stout companions whom are less maneuverable than yourself...
