Cadia uses mostly light infantry for normal guardsmen.
Terran Marines from SC are heavy imfantry.
In a 1on1 fight heavy will always win against light. A lone guardsman can't kill a full Nob, how do you expect him to kill a Space Marine clone?

Terra is unlikely to provide guard units for several reasons, first it is one of the most heavily fortified systems in thec
galaxy and they will want to keep as much manpower stationed there as possible, second terra is technically the imperial fists recruitment world as the emps never got around to reassigning them after the heresy and as we all know astartes worlds are immune to the imperial tithe.

The terran pdf is probably way better equipped than the guard anyway.

It would probably come down to who shoots first. A lasgun will fuck up terran marine armor just as well as those bullets will kill the cadian. I don't know the science, or lack thereof, of 40k or Starcraft well enough to think of who would win, but I'd be rooting for the Cadian.

I think Commissar's are best when they come with short guttural names. Gaunt, Hark, Yarrick, Cain.

Never forget that Commissars are war orphans and typically will be foreigners both culturally and ethnically to any regiment they are attached to, this gives you opportunities to display contrasts between two worlds of the Imperium.

If you have a regiment with very proper Imperial names like Constantinius, Ollanius, Patricus, then a Commissar with a name like Gorov stands out as a foreigner.
