Its a lot like statting Pun-Pun. The stats are whatever stat is needed to win. They are arbitrarily large, and essentially infinite. Except OPM's INT, CHA and WIS which are both around 9's.

This is a good starting point, but I feel the Deathtouch and Double Strike keywords don't quite fit. Deathtouch can easily be overcome, and Double Strike is overdoing it a bit. This is One Punch Man, remember? He only needs to hit with a serious punch once. I like what you did with the tap ability if no enemy is present, but there was no room left for my attempt at it.

I don't really know if this works, because Tabletop games don't suffer the same problem Shonen Anime does. TTRPGs have hard numbers limits and don't suffer from nonsensical power creep.

I think that's fair, but I also think it's more important to capture some degree of personality over hitting the full scope of his power. Here's another go.

Ehh, sort of. All he had to do was literally jump back down to Earth. I don't think it's possible for him to just be pushed somewhere else.
Remember, this is the kind of guy who could probably be thrown into the void of unexpanded space outside our universe and bounce off of a single hydrogen atom to come right back. The only way to really balance a guy like this and also capture his personality would be to make him nearly impossible to summon in the first place.

But that's exactly it, anon. There's plenty of exmaples along the manga/anime of individuals that obtain huge amounts of power through sheer force of will, and Saitama is the one that went far and beyond anybody else, because he was that much more determined.
