That system isn't very equal, there's a bigger chance of getting a female in two categories.
Ok, I'm going to pause it here to make the updated chart and talk about the system
I've been think of simplifying Attack/Speed/Defense to simply "Power" (a lot of stats are just 1/1/1, or 2/2/2 or 3/3/3 or whatever).
Breeding would be much simpler, but Cockfights would be determined only by a single roll. Of course, this can be made interesting with traits such as "Burnout: +2 Power, but -1 to power every turn after the first" and such. So, it would become more trait-focused than stat focused.
Also, I'll be more strict with the 7-bird limitation, so that we can only have 3 breeding rolls max, because otherwise its insane lol.

So like, my suggestion, each Cock gets a PS, ATK, and DEF stat.
PS, Penetration Skill, determines when a Cock moves and when it strikes. The higher PS'd Cock moves second and strikes first because of reaction time and whatnot.
Example: A Cock with a PS2 moves before a Cock with a PS4, and the Cock with the PS4 moves second and cuts the PS2 Cock's head off before it can react.
ATK value: A cock rolls X number of d8s equal to its attack value, which have 3 hits, 2 misses, 2 PLUCKYs and 1 crit on their sides.
PLUCKYs give you a token to use in the future to replace a blank roll with a hit result. Hits must be cockblocked before crits.
DEF value: A cock rolls X number of d8s equal to its defense value, which have 3 evades, 3 blanks, and 2 LUCKYs. LUCKYs give you a token to use for when you really need another evade, and can replace one blank roll to be an evade.
