Exalted also tends to do this. Ancient mythos is riddled with orgies and sex in general, and since Exalted tries to be based off it, orgies and sex are just part of the setting; it's up to the GM to decide their frequency, intensity, and degree of player involvement though.

You have to distinguish between different kinds of lewd. There's cute romancey stuff, there's lewd stuff, there's heavy breathing-tier stuff, and there's rated L for lecherous stuff. Having outright orgies is way past the level of lewd, so it kind of naturally highlights debauchery just by being there.

There's an easy test for what content to include, or not include in your games.
Set a rating for your group. Not a hard and fast rule, but something based on the setting you are using, the rules and what you know your players to be comfortable with. I usually base this on the MPAA ratings. Most people know them.
G: Would be a very boring game. The only system or setting that would fit a G rating would be Golden Sky Stories, and I don't know why you would run that.
Obviously, no sexual content here.
PG: Some RPGs can fit here. This might be the average rating for a game run for younger children, or something with a strong JRPG theme (hitting people with swords causes a colorful explosion and makes numbers pop out!). I'd even put Engine Heart at this rating. Though Engine Heart games can be quite violent and bleak, the overwhelming majority of the violence is Robot on Robot, which is unlikely to squick anyone.
Sexual elements at a PG rating are quite low. You might have some lewd double-entendres, but that's about it.
PG-13: Most RPGs fit quite comfortably into PG-13 territory. D&D being the most obvious example. The rules as written are quite tame in terms of actual violence. Mostly people just poke each other with sticks until one of them falls over.
As for sex, keep to the PG-13 rating as well.
R: Let's face it, most RPGs /tg/ likes would be a Hard R just for the violence. The Warhammer and Warhammer 40k RPGs include graphic descriptions of critical hits results. Other examples would be the new Mutant Chronicles, Song of Swords or Savage Worlds.
This also gives you a good idea of what to include in terms of sexual content. Just ask yourself, "what would be allowed in an R-rated movie?" Obviously, you wouldn't see any penetration.
Porn: Keep this in online ERP.
2. When you are considering weather to include something in your game, ask yourself. "What is my groups rating?" and "where does this fit on the rating chart?"
