Healers my friend are well respected, and thus have no need for rash tactics as people yearn for the services of the healer. They know the healer will be the one to save them may they have an illness, they know that the healer specializes in alchemy to give them any potion they need. Not much new in terms of abilities other than the ability to summon an assassin and Blink pausing time as long as you aren't pressing the movement keys while you're aiming. If you liked the base game, I'd say the DLCs are worth checking out.
