Anyways I'm using some spare bits I have to make a lascannon and crew using a leman russ lascannon, hatch doors from a chimera, and sprue parts from some infantry squad.
I'm only missing legs for my crew and I need a fairly good looking way to hide their no-leg having asses. Also a good base replacement.

A buddy of mine use the legs that go in Russ cupolas and covered them in green stuff sand bangs. His attempt didnt turn out too great but its fuctional and the idea has merit. Worse case scenario you can toss some optics on it and make it automated. Though how it moves may raise eyebrows.
