Sup /tg, TFA has me wanting to run a Star Wars game again. I'm familiar with the d20 Star Wars rpg, but is there a better system? I remember Edge of the Empire/Age of Rebellion came out a little while back, how were they? What about Saga edition?
Also, is there a good way to run a game where the Force is actual plot armor without it sucking the fun out of everything?
Try FATAL.

Force Points equal fate points.
>force as plot armor
Try anything besides running a game.
Go for a run.
Write a book.
Take up knitting.
Suck your own dick.
Join the space navy.
Eat a bullet.
But do not do this.

FFG's star wars games are pretty good
specialty dice scare some away though.
There's also StarORE. it uses One Roll Engine and is free. it assumes you're familiar with Star wars though, so use wookiepeida for fluff

This. Seriously, it's fantastic. Here's the latest edition, compiled and updated by fans. I can't upload it here, file's too big.

WEG's Star Wars had some quirks but it was pretty solid and and there's a ton of fan support.
That said, my group uses Fate for our Star Wars games now. We like it.

If you really want a Star Wars game with a d20 as the main die, use Saga Edition. Since that exists, there's literally no fucking reason to use d20 or d20 Revised Star Wars.
