Shin Bet is Israel's internal security agency. In most settings, most notably WoD, Israel has a large and elite cadre of Kabbalist mages.
The one time my group did this, it was a sideshow to our VtM game in America and Europe. The Israelis were very good at countering demonic cults, since they often faced terrorist groups that had fallen into that.
