Rising Tensions needs a mechanical buff - three of the conflicted kingdoms offer a free 20% bonus for allying, which can be boosted further with Empowerment.
This could be balanced by making Seille less wonky - as it stands, Rising Tensions lets you conquer it with 10% power. If you have Sabotage, then it's completely Overwhelm fodder.

Genre isn't that important to me, but I'd personally like to see anything other than fantasy because it's getting really, really stale. With a great deal of help from a certain anon, the skill system has been greatly revamped.
I have added customizable racial abilities to the races, and I have a feeling there will have to be some fine tuning.
Some racial stats have been changed slightly.
Changed the lore, made each faction's background cast themselves in a sympathetic light, or at least others in a less positive light.

Seille was intended to be an easy kingdom because its small, unstable, doesn't have a lot of resources and in serious debt. Bluntly put, it's the africa of kingdom crusher and it needs improvement or you're just stuck with a burden.

Wow. Never seen this one before. Love it, but I have some feedback.
1) It's not made clear about whether the demesne/intrigue costs use both resources or just one. Using just one seems balanced but I think it needs clarifying.
2) I think the technology section isn't needed. It's easy to gain a massive tech advantage in this CYOA for barely any points.
3) It seems like we could do with more agent choices so we are more likely to be able to get bonuses while taking the people we like most.
But even though these are big problems it looks and reads great. Good images, too.

I removed Empowerment since nobody took it. And allying in itself means you need to use diplomacy and share, fluffwise at least. That is a big downside.
Rising Tensions was a blessing to counter-act the benefit of allying. And it's really popular, for 2 reasons: it's mechanically strong and the kingdoms you benefit from are top tier in popular (Roza, Nocturne, Seille) mostly.

Ultimately lore and a good structure make a CYOA rememberable and stick around for more than not at all. Though companions and other things have their places as well. Besides being a big CYOA on it's own The Isles has what I think the most interesting companion written for any CYOA. That being The Twisted. Kingdom crusher for being generally well written and Battle Mage for being one of the more interesting altogether. Harem Master while controversial is still rememberable for waifufaggotry.
Though I'm a sucker for a good low fantasy setting. To me space settings follow the three paths of mecha, bugs, or old alien guff and it makes them all terribly shit.
