Secondly, every Xenos that exists occupies a point in the total population that can by the universe. This is a niche a human or a human creation should occupy, and therefore it must be terminated for the good of man, even if that slot will only be filled by a human soul in a billion years.
The only exception to the rule is if the Xenos in question proves useful to humanity. If their bodies contain some rare resource that we can harvest from them, we should enslave, domesticate, and breed them like cattle, harvesting for whatever resource naturally occurs within their flesh. Or alternatively, the Xenos is friendly and wishes to share advanced technology. In which case we put on a facade of being their ally, only to immediately terminate them when we have nothing more to gain.

Women were selected for bearing children, for having strong and intelligent sons, therefore having these heritable traits themselves, and in some rarer but existing cases, for pleasuring men and being assistants of their husbands.
Intelligence in humans is all about organizing elaborate tribal raids - arms races. We've partially tamed it by converting most arms races from violent conquest to competitions for prestige [such as turning away from the ICBM gap to the space race] but that's the evolutionary nature of humanity.
