ITT: Describe your GM or your players with one picture.
They're cute, at least.
>the GM
He plays off big and bad, but I know he's actually a softie who has lowballed things for the group when he feels they have been sufficiently knocked around enough.
Every fucking time. Every adventure. Every scenario.
Every game, without fail, someone cooks and eats a monster.
>>44377007
Heh. This seems accurate to my GM as well.
>>44377007
Is basically the players, who really need to learn when to back down.
Some times they are a cocktease
My DM has this magnificent skill to make you feel empty in an instant.
Almost literally this IC
>>44377144
that's a guy, right?
>>44377144
>>44377161
The mystery makes it even better for me :)
>>44377216
holy shit, this
>>44377128
And this is me, whose plan for every bad situation we come across is the most insane, self sacrificing thing I can think of, that usually works somehow.
>>44377161
Does it matter?
Why I no longer DM.
>>44377216
This.
The next time I hear "What's my attack bonus?" I'm going to flip a table and fuck someone in half with a hatchet.
>>44377216
>>44377238
Agreed.
>>44377161
I didn't question that till now.
Most of the time they sexualize everything.
>>44377253
>Does it matter?
Well, it doesn't as long as they are cute.
But that's what I'm worried about here, that amount of pink accessories comes out as "trying too hard" rather than genuinely cute.
But I guess it can still be salvaged if there's a fine butt to go with the rest.
>>44377363
Hey, mang, bitches like pink.
Also, lips like that are made for dick, no matter what is in between the legs.
Way too trigger happy
>>44377464
I've learn that as long the person look and behave feminine I don't care much.
why not both?
I have been playing a Deathwatch campaign for the past 4 years with my GM. This would be the fifth, in which he's also started a Rogue Trader one to play in tandem along the former. I can't think of one picture good enough to properly enmesh the Machiavellian levels of machinations and twists we've had together, but this comes close enough.
I love my GM and my fellow players.
>DM hypes up his newest villain
>Villain is caught in a masterful strategy or trap designed by me.
>Villain rolls like 3 critfails and generally sucks at dice and life and ends up losing hard.
This has happened with the last three boss fights. One of which we didn't even take any damage during. We've begun affectionately referring to the villains organization as "The Order of Jobbers" at this point.
they have no limits
Best gang to Dark Heresy with, ever.
Here's both on one picture.
The players think we know what the DM is up to, but he never fails to surprise us with the twist.
Sometimes it works the other way around, when we all agree on some plan under the table.
>>44377216
>tfw even my DM won't bother to learn fucking rules
>wizard continues to "accidentally" remember spells wrong and not check off his fucking spell slots, as if he wasn't broken enough with all the homebrew shit the DM's letting fly
>>44376698
Our GM... He may seem to be a devil, but he's got a heart of gold.
gotta love black crusade
>>44379038
Im this DM but I spin a great story to make up for it
With everyone trying to go for the Yoda role at the same time.
My players. Except there's 7 of them.
They have this constant face of "I'm going to rape it" or very desiaponting faces when they don't get rape. Not sure what scares me more the church guys or the cute and innocent looking one.
I'm specially afraid of the tall and tiny girls. Their rape murder faces till this day creep me out
Two of my PCs. One is Chaotic Edgy, the other is Lawful Normal.
The entire party.
>>44377253
I have player like that. He once played as a magical being - made of pure mana.
His idea to save enemies from giant monster that grapples him? He exploded his skin in pure mana explosion.
>>44382239
>His idea to save enemies from giant monster that grapples him? He exploded his skin in pure mana explosion.
>>44377216
Real talk tho, I have stopped GMing for my personal friend group because they FUCKING REFUSE TO READ ANYTHING and expect me to explain everything. How the system works, how characters are made, everything. I don't mind clarifying stuff if they read and have questions but they *don't* read period.
Fuck that. Eh, but I've moved to a bigger city now so maybe I'll find something better.
>players keep forgetting about basic, but vital, stuff for their heroic exploits
In order (from what I can remember, there are definitely more)
>2 orc orphan abductions
>12 kamikaze shiv-armed child soldiers
>3-5 rabid infants put down
>20+ street urchins murdered purely because we opened a portal into their hideout and we couldn't let anyone know we were there
>100+ rescued child lab rats turned to stone
>lab rat kids consequently left to die/be statues in zombie outbreak
>one child put up for slavery on three separate occasions (deals fell through)
60 or so children rescued from violent pedarast and then...
>left on orphanage doorsteps
>hired on as child labor
>abandoned to live in the post-apocalyptic forest
>blown up in a nuclear fucking explosion that also toasted all of the previously mentioned kids
>3 mutated beyond recognition
>2 of those later released into the wild
>a third forced to basically live entire life as a horrifically deformed and invulnerable larvae girl (no suicide option)
>>44382010
I lost it at dragon noises.
Dark Heresy is a fun game
>>44377096
This pleases me
In other news, I no longer have a group to GM for. I spent my Christmas Day watching loli anime; as opposed to prepping for a game that has been delayed for over a month due to the group's crippling addiction to autism simulators.
>>44383634
loli animes aren't much better than autism simulators, senpai
>>44376698
Sorry, I can't find an appropriate picture of the IRA.
>>44377216
Fucking this oh my fucking god. We went for a rules light system and one player STILL can't fucking figure out how to roll even tough he uses the same rolling function for EVERYTHING.
>>44383659
At least I didn't leave my (former) group waiting up for me to watch them, five weeks in a row. I should have though, as I found far more entertainment out of rewatching a mediocre adaptation than GMing for those faggots.
>>44383634
are you me?
>minus the loli anime and replace with old games i got on the steam sale
>>44383877
Maybe, I've always operated under the assumption that I have a long lost twin or a clone. You never know.
>>44376698
Pic related best captures my Anima players.
The following sentence best captures the other group I hang with(Myself included, admittedly)A cluster of mismatched pricks
Everything has to be a running gag or a joke. I think its funny, but I'm never going to play a straight-up high fantasy RP like I secretly desire.
>>44377152
tbf, shestabbedhim first, senpai
>>44385564
If you desire it secretly, it's pretty obvious that you're never going to play it.
>>44382401
You're the GM?
Don't let him find children.
Is there a picture that accurately describes a group of people who bumble through situations with no awareness of what they're doing or what's going on around them, even though they're following an elaborate investigation story with intrigue and twists everywhere?
Because that's them. They completely forget where they're going and why mid-way through every session, so when they arrive, fight some people, and pick up a clue that SHOULD help them move on and complete the puzzle, they just say "What does this mean?", and then bumble on to the next clue.
I feel like I could literally just not write anything and they wouldn't know the difference.
The group seems to be significantly less functional when we don't split up.
I love my group.
>>44376698
My players? Yeah. It's been a solid 10 years. Kinda.
Probably what my players think of me. I have a reputation as a super tough GM and they're amazed they've lasted so long
Little do they know that I secretly fudge dice and modify encounters on the fly to keep things running smoothly and help them win. They're never really in danger of a tpk.
>>44386784
I keep trying to seriously maim the bastards but then one of them finds some stupid bauble or thing and goes "Oh man I should bring this back for my daughter" and my hand hesitates, or I get the grit and they fight a megamonster and manage to make 27 fucking dodge rolls, or suddenly, for reasons that have to do with the goddamn moon's alignment and number of squares they used to wipe with last Tuesday, they'll turn into a TERRIFYING force where they all work together, dig down into shit on their sheets from 4 years ago to pull out, combine powers in interesting ways, and rip my ass a hot bloody new one.
This is what I get for playing with a bunch of PhDs. I think I've gone full yandere GM with them. I want to murder them so bad but they're so endeared to me.
>>44382233
Fuck it, sounds specific enough.
Saad, Half-Orc Barbarian?
>the entire fucking party
>>44386877
So what you're saying is that they're...
>>44386892
Yep.
They're all wise-cracking, bantz-spouting purge-and-burn hunters with crazy weapons and white hair. Every single one of them.
>>44386915
We also browse /tg/.
>>44386915
What are you playing?
>>44386915Target acquired.
>>44386938
I know, you massive cunts.
Oh by the way, Sunday's off and I hate all of you, peace out nigs.
>>44386945
5e.
>>44386877
...
Can I join? It's been my dream to play a katana coolguy since I was like 12 but I never got to do it.
>>44382341
Everybody plays a variation on the exact same character?
>>44386977
>Implying sunday is off.
>>44386978
Can you bantz?
>>44387096
Not even an exaggeration.
>>44387097
Depends. What the fuck is bantz?
>>44387124
>>44387134
Yeah, I don't think you're gonna fit.
>>44387134
Just Youtube "DMC 4 Special Edition Vergil".
>>44387134
Banter. Comedic value through insulting other people.
ALL DAY ER'RY DAY!!!!
>>44387142
I finished DMC4:SE with Vergil on DMD about 4 hours the game came out. I obsessively watched combo vids for weeks after it came out. I still take bloody palace for a spin a few times a week when I feel like it. I was considering making a combo vid myself, but I don't have a capture card.
I still have no idea what bantz means.
>>44387158
So it's not actually related to DMC?
Anyway, thank you.
>>44387185
No. It's player-to-player related. If you weren't autistic you'd know that.
There, bantz.
>>44387241
Then why would >>44387142 recommend I youtube "DMC4 Special Edition Vergil"?
Does he have some kind of associative disorder? Is it the retardation setting in?Am I doing good?
>>44387290
As >>44387142, the only DMC game I've played is the first one, and it sounded like you were suggesting the banter was one of the reasons you had a party full of Vergils.
>>44387313
>you
Not >>44387290 you, >>44386915 you. It's too late for this shit.
>>44376698
Me as GM, really. I have been having more problems than I thought with the newbies, you would think theatre actors would be able to do some goddamn roleplay on the fly...
>the players
alternatively
"Wizards: No sense of Right or Wrong"
would work
