Recently: You showed up to an attack interview, and almost met your dad. Then you started your match against Dick and completely dominated so far.
General rules:
There is a 10 minute voting period after each post. Non-contradictory votes will be combined as best as possible.
Write-ins for all votes or always welcome and encouraged. They may not all make it into the post or be altered to fit in, but I'll do my best to at least try to address the spirit of the write-in.
Very important or contentious votes may be redone in a stricter voting system as it comes up.
Combat involves rolls! Once there's a clear winner, we roll for the move accuracy/crit/secondary effect. Usually it's just three 1d100s. Sometimes you can get a modifier from circumstances, so be creative! Add flair, do tricks with moves, mess with terrain, whatever!
Call me out on a mistake and receive an apology butt or suggestive picture.

It’s been a great match for you so far. Vlad managed to use Toxic on Regirock and even got some on the little device that Dick is using to control it, Aria put it to sleep, and then she absolutely wrecked Electivire.
The balanced style battle arena has a wide, open, grassy section on your left that the battle has been taking place in. On your right, there’s a large pond. Close to your side and Dick’s side lay more dusty, rocky areas where a Pokemon might hide or take cover. Electric Terrain covers the whole field, preventing any further Pokemon from falling asleep.
“Teeter Dance!” You direct Aria. She twirls gracefully, happy to have a chance to show her non-combat ability. She’s even faster now that’ she’s in her Pirouette form. The dance clearly works on Garchomp as he rushes forward
Garchomp is able to ignore the confusion for long enough to land his attack though. It’s Crunch, and it’s super-effective.
Aria winces at the pain. His Garchomp is an impressive specimen,

The crowd cheers at the up close and intense action. Despite Aria being a legendary Pokemon, Garchomp manages to at least give the impression of being a worthy adversary. Up close and high damage action seems to be where it shines best. It snaps savagely. So very alike and so very not alike to Oberon in a lot of ways.
“Low Kick!”
Aria does the splits as she spins under the Garchomp, sweeping at it’s lengs. Garchomp comes crashing to the ground, hard. Despite how quick it can move, it’s still very heavy. Aria reflexively shakes the pain off her leg from it’s Rough Skin. but she's just got a minor booboo compared to the attack she landed on her Dragon opponent.
“Get up! Get up and use Aerial Ace!” Aria won’t be able to evade that attack!
Garchomp gets up to follow its orders but it stumbles in confusion and trips onto the ground instead.
It gets up once more, furious and heavily hurt.
“It’s time for our trump card, Garchomp!”
Garchomp looks back to Dick, making sure he understood that correctly.
“Do it!”

“DO IT!” He screams again. Garchomp doesn’t hesitate this time. He looks like he’s crunching something in his mouth. Then it bursts forward in a purple glow.
“Hyper Voice! Quick!”
Garchomp is already on her. How did it get so fast? What did it eat?
Garchomp stops just short of crashing into Aria with Outrage as she unleashes Hyper Voice. Garchomp keeps trying to push forward, struggling against the deafening soundwaves. He rages and roars, which lets out a puff of sand from it’s mouth as well as a what you think was a drop of blood.
He’s pushed back an inch. He moves up two. Then his grip on the ground gives way and he goes flying backwards under the unrelenting attack.
Garchomp comes to a sliding stop just short of the rocks.
“Garchomp is unable to battle!”
A red X goes over his picture on the jumbo screen and the audience goes wild. You sigh in relief. Despite it all, you think that if that move had connected, Aria would be in trouble. You got the sense that it was a gamble that sacrificed everything for offensive power, and he used his Outrage to make sure it would hit as hard as possible.
“An amazing display of Meloetta’s power.”
“That’s right, Chip. It’s clear that the there’s more than just a performer there. That was a matchup between battlers that I don’t think any of us are going to forget.
“A great attempt from Garchomp, but it just didn’t seem to be enough.”

The crowd cheers as both Pokemon waste no time closing the distance. Aria moves much faster though, and lands the first blow. Close Combat!
Fist after fist machineguns over Samurott, leaving temporary impact impressions. The flurry of blows pushes it back a few feet and the barrage finally stops.
But it’s not out. Not yet. Samurott brings it’s own vicious attack. Retaliate! A shockwave erupts from where it hits, reaching as far out as the small pond. Aria is knocked back onto your side of the arena, blowing through two large rocks and stopping on the third.
“An amazing comeback from Samurott!”
“That’s right, Chip. Retaliate is twice as strong after an ally faints. It looks like Samurott landed it in just the right place on Aria as well. An incredible and skillful attack. Especially after Close Combat, which lowers the user’s defenses.”
Aria pushes a rock off of herself and gets up. She’s messed up bad. So is Samurott, though.

She roars intimidatingly as she enters the arena. As soon as she appears, Samurott hits her in the face with Aqua Jet. It does minimal damage. It looks like Torrent is activated thanks to Samurott’s low health, but Intimidate is in effect too, and water attacks aren’t effective against Leviathan.
Levi glares down at the opposing water Pokemon. It interrupted her and hurt Levi’s family. It must be crushed.

Encore can be used forever, it's kinda dumb. The only reason it's not silly broken is that you can just switch out of it. There are some good Taunt/Encore competitive sets.
