Both his legs, right arm and torso where ripped to shreds, igniting all the ammo he had on his back, which killed the assassin that crouched nearby.
Overall fun game, never died with payker though that was a bit odd.

In anima when you critfail (1-3 normally, 1-2 with mastery, 1-5 with complex or unlucky, 1-7 iirc with djinn fuckery) you roll a d100 to determinate the failure level (-1d100 to your roll, plus other effects depending on the skill). This means crit into 100 that you get yourself the worst possible failure.
