No magic items (a big deal), incomplete army lists, only a couple of scenarios, no fluff, I think there are a some other things too.

I had it but my PC died. I never got my grubby hands in uncharted empires alas.
I'm anticipating some great Trident Realms armies. Aquatic minis can be marvelously colourful and water effects are fun.
