The first thing I do is get my penny collection.
You see, luck's naturally accumulates in the penny, which are naturally attracted to variances of luck. This is why no one can ever get rid of a bad penny; the loss of the penny is good luck, and the penny is attracted to that increase in luck. For this reason, I collect pennies, to increase my luck.
Then I take the pennies and put them in a sock or something that can take damage (which WILL occur, given that I'm being luck siphoned) that I can keep on me. This will give me some protection from further luck loss, as the pennies will pass me their accumulated luck, as I locate the luck siphoner.
Then I take the protective penny collections bags and beat the luck siphoner black and blue with my improvised flails, until they cut it out. The luck increase on the part of the luck siphon's cause ensures that the pennies will have extra kinetic energy, and be more accurate. This will disrupt the luck siphoning in progress, returning some of my luck - which is then useful in returning the rest.
TL:DR:

I try to quarantine myself from any other player I care off so I don't infect them. The,proceed to find and execute a luck cleansing ritual; leaving your dice in a closed pot full of pure water, starting a Good Luck Dance (similar to a Hawaian haka), convince a female friendo of yours to sleep with them under her pillow or sacrificing one of your best/favourite dice to Fortuna,Goddess of Luck,are some effective ones.

Given that I filter "Luck" whenever I encounter it as a stat as "Opportunism", or "Absolute Negative-Prep Initiative" if you need a more specific/wank term, I guess I'd ask the siphoner "How are you profitting from my ability to percieve and seize chance?"
