Well, within 4 months after a few councils in waterdeep and the takeover of a silly yet unnecessary flying castle, and an envoy to a nation ruled by undead, a group of plucky adventurers will get rid of Evil Dragon God by disrupting a ritual the dragon cultist was in the middle of doing.
I'd say the last holdout of any consequence for the cult would be gone after 8 years.
