What does /tg/ think of Fist of the North Star and, more importantly, are there any good wargames that lovingly rip it off?
I heard that Road Kill by West Wind Productions might be the best bet, but could not find hide nor hair of the rules other than a reference sheet.

Most fighting in Hokuto no Ken is a horde of grunts getting butchered by a stone cold badass in less than a minute. Then that badass faces off against a slightly tougher grunt, or more rarely another badass, and they duke it out. Not sure that would make for a good game. If you're just looking at grunts vs grunts then there must be a hundred skirmish systems that can do that.

Well, the issue here is that I'm actually not looking for an RPG system, but one for wargames.
However, an RPG has been considered, and, lookin' through the traits list, I think that GURPs might actually be one of the better systems to use, pic related. I also have a fondness of the simplicity of d6's, even if GURPs is anything but simple. But who knows, I might just be a very boring person.
