Sure, you may get lucky in your first few tries, but remember, if you bought bfz packs just for the expedition lottery, you gotta take into account ALL the packs you bought previously with that cost.

Not him, but I got a Foil Expedition Flooded Strand when I bought three booster packs from my FLGS.
They were the only booster packs I'd ever bought, as I'd only just started Magic. I cut my loses and only bought singles from then on, realising I'd already killed my luck.
