Yeah, she built a gate to travel between dimensions, I don't think she's planning on launching an invasion or anything though, or that they have any means of travelling back through after her.
Despite it looking like she's wrecking shit in that picture, her actual conclusion was that the modern-day-esque world she found could be very dangerous with technology which could wipe out the continent and should be treated with caution.
