The name 'angel lust' is a humorous name, but also somewhat of a practical name. Many naive young alchemists and wizards gather Angel lust when they realize the name is not sexual in nature, but violent. Anyone who extracts such fluids from a young fairie is hunted by any divine entity that sees them, causing death to many a promising young upstart.
Wards against the divine and summoning demons are popular uses, but it is also known to cure spiritual malaise. If you are feeling guilty about something or believe a curse is hanging above you, one sip will clear that from you. However many believe it to be a poison for the soul, as without a soul you won't have the moral fiber to feel bad about things you've done.

A potion to ward off dark forces as well as enhance your natural desirability as what you radiate can be described as "magical" to some. The downsides? There's minimal short term downsides, and more so long term ones. The Gods obviously won't like it, but hey you got until death. You can say it compromises your soul since you're using some sort of naturally unobtainable essence of another's being. This can be repaired by practicing spiritual fidelity, but you can have a bad time if you keep using the potion leaving the side effects unchecked.
Depends on what do you want them for. Faeries, specially the young ones, have a heat session during spring in which they mate for days on different flowers, those few flowers that have been the love bed of the Faeries will have their pollen mixed with the Fae's own fluid and will mutate into extremely magic herbs.
If a youngling Faerie has been caught it can be teased in different manners to obtain a sample of those fluids. Depending on how have they been obtained they might have traces of impurities that will give the potion different properties. There are three main ways of getting those Fluids out of a Faerie, by instigating fear, by force and by the creature's own volition.

There are many ways of scaring a Faerie but the most common ones are torture, either corporal or psychological. One has to be careful thought, they are weak creatures and they might die from a heart attack or their wounds at any time. It was at first unknown why Faeries would release this fluid when scared but after years of investigations has been discovered that the smell and pheromones released attract both other Faeries and Insects to come into the aid of the terrorized Fae. It is thus recommended to do it in enclosed areas in which the presence of insects and other Fae might be minimal.
Potions made from this technique will always have traces of urine and will be a great fear inspiring poison.

First question would be, what type of faeries are we talking about here? Victorian style flower fairys, like adorable infants with tiny butterfly wings? Shakespearean faeries, the mighty but faded lords and ladies of pagan mythology? Traditional Irish faeries, spirits as likely to be malevolent as friendly?
That said, one common feature of all faerie lore is that faeries are non-fertile. So while a potion made of their death spunk might be involved with a lust potion, it won't be anything fertility related. Hell it might even be a contraceptive.

Nothing says that tiny flower spirits can't breed, and given their nature they're probably prolific. The old Fair Folk are probably the closest to infertile, but more in a semi-divine, "only among themselves as they choose" sort of way, and likely with every 'lucky' mortal they seduce.
