Practice.
Listen to a lot of voice work and pick up on core characteristics of the voices and then try to mimic them. Compare your version with the original and listen to how they're different. Then do it again and again and again until your throat is sore.
Having great vocal cords with a lot of range helps too.

Reach out to people who need something voiced and hope they will be willing to pay for it too.
Alternatively, if you don't need to earn money from it, read scripts with the voices that belong to the lines and then impress people with being able to act solely using your voice.

Requesting someone do a take on this little monologue of a general of mine; character is an aarakocra and rather stoic / serious-sounding, but I'd like to see how others run with it.

For some context, this is a propaganda video for a Dark Heresy campaign broadcast across every available pict-viewer in a hive city after the PCs make a failed attack on the office of the Planetary Governor, the man speaking this, attempting to rally the citizenry against the PCs and have them killed, or at least disgrace their investigation to such an extent that their superiors pull them out to save face. I somewhat imitated Dr. Breen from Half-Life when writing this, so his composed, condescending intonation like that of a disappointed parent is what I had in mind for his speech pattern.
