SPOILER WARNING!
In other news: Anyone got a Sunday Pathfinder group that needs an extra player?

1PM-12AM EST (any day, but adjustable); can also do asynchronous solo games during player-specific hours
Skype, Google docs, will look into other methods
Asynchronous solo games allow for either; if meetings are arranged, both may be needed

First-time GM. Setting is Academy City from A Certain Magic Index, so familiarity with the series is a plus.

Wanting to do a post apoc game where the heroes are coming out of cryostasis kinda like blue gender

Some more info would be cool. Voice/Text, link to OVA, campaign setting(are we apart of judgement?), etc
>>44008007
For the asynched solo game, either is fine. If I arrange multi-player meetings on Skype or wherever else, voice + text will both be involved.
I still have to arrange a link to the full PDF since it's 21 MB, but here's one of its playerbooks:
http://www.wiseturtle.com/PlayerBook-Miho.pdf
As for campaign setting, depending on how you want to play your solo game, I can set it up as anything.
A student of a known or unknown school?
Maybe a researcher for a project?
Part of Judgment? Anti-Skill? Skill-Out?
Magician, esper, Gemstone, even Magic God or normal person?
Anything is fair game.

I've never played 5e and I'm familiar with d20, would be willing to do 3.5 for it but yeah, and I just meant the opening premise and alien invasion scenario not the plot arc

If you are good at D&D and want to move on to something more difficult, check this out! Anyone who enjoys a challenge is most welcome! Please leave a message on our roll20 page.

The game will be a Hexcrawl with a Megadungeon in the starting area. Game starts at level 1 with a single character. Additional characters are hired in towns and characters usually retire at 9th or 10th lebel and are reactivated for the occasional high level challenge.
Setting: nothing special. I basically ripped off a dwarf fortress world I generated and made most animal men into a unified faction. The world and dungeons are dangerous and the odds are not in favour of the players but with planning and caution they can turn the tables.
The players will be exploring an uncharted mountainrange.
Gold spent results in XP gained. Monster XP is puny in comparison.

Top two things I'm itching to play right now are Star Wars or some kind of superhero setting. Though I wouldn't be opposed to something else (with a slight preference towards modern or futuristic settings over medieval/ancient settings after having more than my fill of DnD and derivatives)

Both. I prefer to roleplay via text, but am perfectly comfortable conversing via voice.

I've played a lot of d20-based systems (with most of my hours, unfortunately, put into 3.5e) but I'm capable of learning new systems pretty easily. Huge Star Wars fan, moderate comic book nerd, but I'm pretty chill and not prone to sperging out over shit. Just looking to play with a fun group in an interesting setting.

Not looking to jump into a long term campaign to start. One shots or a short series to start and if the group gels, then move into something heavier. Biweekly unless things go incredibly well, in which case weekly could possibly happen. Let me know your preferred time and system when you contact me.

It's a duo Fallout game, with one slot open because I want to get out of my own personal circles for once. It's slightly animu (mostly art, don't expect moe moe kyun~). It's a point buy game. You are starting in a Vault and you do not know where you are in terms of location - all I can say it is on the West Coast.
Prepare to be a guinea pig for some house rules that may come out, because I am writing a Traveller hack for Fallout.
If you like exploring new places, getting loot, making tough choices and having an all around Fallout-y experience, do apply.Institute-fags need not apply
>>44037439
Why Traveller and not a system better suited for Fallout like Savage Worlds?
>>44037863
Traveller works perfectly well for Fallout.
>deadly combat
>equipment-based advancement
>built in rads system
>rules for power armour (battle dress)
Plus it's my favourite system, and the one I know the most.
>>44037439
Can you provide a pdf of the system for those willing to learn it to join?
>>44038011
>>44037439
Unfortunately, for now all of the slots are full - though you can join a queue just in case.
https://www.mediafire.com/folder/puqo88hi0x9vs/TRAVELLER
Here you go anyways, since Traveller needs more players overall.
>>44038011
I contacted them a moment ago and they provided a handy .pdf archive. Ask and you shall receive.
