My GM actually did do this. Ours was much less exciting than the made up story. It was the following:

The last time I played one of the PCs possessed a random NPC using magic, then used their body to rape another PC. That was a month ago. I haven't played in that game since.
Why do people put up with shit players like that? If I was GM I'd smack them upside the head for merely suggesting the idea, much less going through with it. Of course, as soon as I shed my Perma-GM status and be a player for once my group is full of ass-hats and a hyper-permissive GM who just can't refuse any stupid idea a player comes up with.
I've brought it up several times in the past and nobody else seems to care that one of the characters in our LAWFUL GOOD party is a malevolent spirit that's using innocents as meat-puppets so she can rape and murder whoever she likes.
Maybe no game is better than a bad game.
