Its a good start, I think you should brighten up the green and introduce a redish wash (think like riechland flesh wash) into some of the metal to make it pop.
I slso think you need to break up the steel color a bit more, perhaps with some chiped paint?

Guys I'm finally getting around to priming my Nihilators. Honestly I don't play this game nearly enough, but when you work a full time job you don't really want to be spending time doing stuff that isn't important to you. It's a shame but oh well, here I am painting some little models either way. My biggest problem is always that I spend forever painting one tiny model.

Serialize and automate. If you can do the first ~3 layers with an airbrush that will drastically reduce the time you put in. If you're really low on time consider stuff like Army Painter. Painting 10 of the same dude will become tiresome really fast, but is the fastest way to do it.

When I paint units I basically do it factory style. When I apply one color I go throughout the whole unit. Basically they all get started and finished at the same time.

Easiest way to think of Skorne is as a nomadic people with Mongol influences.
Though initially I had thought thatSkorne were a species of heavily irradiated elf that had changed so much that the Elven gods refused to save them, oh also that explosion was also the source of the Irradiation.
Too bad it falls apart with the Elf creation myth.

Skorne and Elves have hated each other forever, because Skorne used to be cockgobbling sand nigger stand-ins (oh wait, they shit are!) that kept attacking elven civilian settlements to just murder people, steal shit or take them as slaves, then run away before the Lyoss military showed up.
Eventually the elves progressed technologically to beat the everliving shit out of the skorne dune baboons, and pushed them away from Lyoss' borders, forcing them into the areas the are in now.

play list directly countering the lists in question. you can usually know what list you'll use per opponent. when you start doing that, they'll start using lists that you don't directly counter.

Well the washes I have are black ink and brown ink. Not sure which to use on the flesh for these guys since I've used jack bone as a skin colour. Probably still the fleshier brown one.
