Alright /tg/, all memery aside, who were the best/least debatable Primarchs? Considering feats, abilities and general non-fuckedupness. Of course we can only talk pre-heresy here.
I'd probably say
Horus (he was Warmaster for a reason)
Gulliman (I know, I know)
Sanguinus (Best of men)
not necessarily in that order.

Nope.
They almost all came to be the biggest cheese of their world, but Gman was a rare case of making it a utopia. Plus he had the best record and strongest Legion in the GC.
Memery aside, I'd say Gulliman.
Although Sanguinus was probably the most loved.
Mortarion, despite having a cool design and working for the best chaos god, is one of the worst.
He never did anything except get stood up by the emperor

Mortarion surpassed every primarch with his mastery of being an entitled bitch.

Roboute Guilliman is still a bro and besides being one of the more level-headed Pimarchs, treats regular humans with respect.
Horus Pre-Heresy was a major bro and pretty much liked by everyone. (just look at that jolly smile on his face.

The Lion is pretty fucking top tier.
