Do you know good dark/horror fantasy settings?

Meh. Fantasy is heroic, horror is not. You can have horror flavored fantasy, although Victorian steampunk appears more popular atm. But fantasy flavored horror? Scifi flavored horror is a more natural fit.
I know Ravenloft, I wouldn't call it good. Played it to death when that Photoshop Dracula came out.
There's Invictus, but beyond the Mythos stuff it really tries to portray Roman times historically accurate - not really fantasy.

My preferred setting is low-magic fantasy horror. I really love gritty, shitty dark stories. I guess this is why I really loved old WHFB. There's something really satisfying about the feel of the stories. There's no fantastical battles, no glory and riches. Just a bunch of burnt out, rough and tumble men and women trying to find something they can own in this shitty world. And will risk life and mind for it because "being dead is better than the alternative"

-Taft-1, where in 1927 Stalin "signed his name in the book of Azathoth" and now menaces the world with strange powers. (much of this backstory is secret)
A good setting is the Legacy of Kain setting.
Don't know what sort of system you would use to play in it.
