As always, first to 3-5 votes is chosen (With some discussion of course, so no shitposting anon gets to spam his way to playing whatever he wants) We'll stick to 2 actions per turn, and rolling d100s will decide efficiency of actions. Other rules will be explained as time goes on, actions will be chosen from a clear majority vote/decision. We don't have to play from the sheet, but it makes things easier for me. You could also suggest your own ideas for races/starting locations.

Many would leave, wander into the caves trying to find a way out. They would always walk into the gloom, and never return. Their remains lost to whatever lurks in the shadows. We are done with this way of life, our years of fear from the unknown has pushed us into complete submission. Now is the time for the minotaur to rise up, and to build a new world for themselves. A great leader (Choose class {Mage, Warrior, Other}/name) has risen from the trembling masses and gathered together the brave few to explore these caves and forge a new life for themselves. Armed with only a few crude spears fashioned from stalactites, they huddle close to each other for warmth in the freezing caves. Finally after days of travel they stumble upon a large and open cavern, with a small pool of water near the bottom and multiple smaller caves leading out.

Gunnar realized at a young age when he gets angry, things happen. His enemies flee and his allies find courage. He feels less pain and seems to grow stronger

The Minotaurs quickly go about gathering or breaking rocks off of the wall and carefully but firmly placing them in defensive positions around most of the smaller off-shooting caves. Gunnar ordered a few to place rock traps in the caves, meaning anyone that came that way without knowing the traps were there would be crushed by the rocks, alerting the Minotaur to their attack and hurting them.

The minotaurs begin to hunger, and not wishing to dig into their meager supplies they head towards the rather large pool near the bottom of the cavern. Inside are many species of albino fish, but when one of the Bulls steps inside to grab one a nearly transparent beast lurches from the depths and latches onto his arm. Luckily the other minotaurs were able to pull their brother out of the crocodile-like jaws of the monster, and it slithered back into the pool and seemed to turn invisible. This pool is teeming with life, but it's deadly as well.

Organize the hunters in to groups. Have one lead a fish out of the water while the others try to stab/crush it.

Gathering their spears and making a simple plan, a small group headed by Gunnar defensibly walks over to the waterfront. After a few minutes of scanning the water, they cannot find the beast and determine that one of them must try and lure it out. A foolhardy Minotaur steps forward, and is almost pushed towards the water. He steps into the water, and isn't met with resistance. As he turns his face away from the water for a split second the water in front of him erupts as the amphibious beast jumps out of a deeper part of the pool and latches onto the minotaur neck. They rush the water and manage to land a few wounding blows on the beast, which is at least 15 feet long and quite muscular, but before Gunnar can kill it it releases it's grip on the brave minotaur and limps away, dodging throwing spears as it sinks into the murky depths. The one who was grabbed by his neck died shortly thereafter, and the bite mark was disgustingly infected, with the teeth seeming to be sharp needle-like pincers.
