Are there any RPG'S based in a Viking setting? Anything using rune magic or having the Gods play a part in the story?

Fate of the Norns.
Neoviking was a thing. Apparently it sucked.
Fate of the Norns also exists, but I haven't tried it myself.
[TRIGGER WARNING: GURPS]Low-tech has all the relevant gear, including ships. Thaumathology has a casting system based on the Futhark runes. Martial arts to get into more advanced combat.
Fate of the Norns is really cool and uses a fun system with runes. It's a really good game for mechanics as well as encouraging fun non-combat interactions
We could always... make one!

What really is the deal with the MYFAROG hate? Whether you like Vikernes or not you gotta admit he's got something pretty cool going on. I haven't bought the book but my buddy did, and I read through most of it. Very based in it's complex combat and actual advantageous formations. It's like a gurps-lite low tech.
I supposed I'm biased, I do love his music and I think he was justified in what he did. Aside from those churches.

There was a GURPS Vikings supplement for 3e.
However it one of the sloppiest GURPS supplements I've read and is riddled with historical inaccuracies. This may or may not bother you but I'd pass if the main selling point of a GURPS vikings game is crunchy realism.
