I'm going to creating a character for Necessary Evil soon, and I need some awesome super villain names. I've been kicking around the idea of a psychic German gorilla, but nothing is set in stone.
Do you want names for that idea, or just villains in general? I played necessary evil a few times before, and we always end up with some wacky characters.
Well if it's evil you want you're gonna need a ton of unnecessary commas. Also throw in some x's, y's, and maybe a bit of a gutteral sound. All to make it something so hard to pronounce it takes more than a free action to do it.

Alternatively, have a fairly generic villain, maybe with some common powers, and have the characters face him several times, each time having him get away without them discovering his name or title.
Then eventually, right when they are captured by him, reveal that he is known as the Skullfucker.
And remember, show, don't tell.

Give him a title after his given name, like a nonsense word that means warlord or supreme dictator in his people's language. And make the whole name roll off the tongue.
