Rough. I don't go on /v/ much but from what I hear from /v/ users on /f/ and /qa/ is that they don't have enough mods to ban off topic.
Guess the problem isn't moderation but mods that don't know enough about the board.

/tg/ mods used to be pretty bad but they are pretty good right now. I fell they have struck the perfect balance between absolute lawlessness and nazi moderation.

I disagree. Death is shitposting as
1. Shitposting topics change (remember when /tg/ shitposting was '-4STR' or 'Elf Slave Wat Do?' or 'FLARE'? Now it's "hur dur Age of Smegmar xDDD")
2. Shitposters are transformed from regular folk doing it a few times and enjoying it.
3. Transition from a regular, productive member of the board to a shitposter who's only job is to try and avoid being banned. While other people get banned for bullshit reasons, like me.
Reverse:
1. Inertia because they stick to the shitposting life style
2. Resistant to change, look at what happened when "too be honest", "family" and "cúck" got wordfiltered, they raged and then tried to get round it instead of not talking like that.
3. Unable to move on from being a shitposter
At best shitposters are addicted to shitposting and maybe have empowerment.

Yes they can, for all intents and purposes. They mute you for 15mins, which is a ban request and I've only ever been not banned once for it.
I'm actually pretty worried bout my total ban amount, most of them have been for posting NSFW stuff which I didn't think was NSFW. Example, do you think the OP is NSFW cause it shows tits? Well mods think so, stuff like that.
