Location: Planet Vegeta
Information: Daikon's mission to Planet Echa nearly ended in disaster on multiple occasions. He and his team nearly perished, and none escaped without injury. However, Daikon not only managed to conquer the world, but he convinced its surviving people to pledge allegiance to Frieza, and provide the galactic overlord with technological wonders. In addition, he secured a battle enhancing drug for the Saiyans, which he delivered in secret to the Saiyan scientist Kamatsuna. Now, he has been summoned by Lord Frieza himself.
Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place shortly after the war against the Tuffles, as the Saiyans look for more foes to battle in the absence of their old enemies.
Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.
Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)
During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.
If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).
If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.
If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution
You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You are an average fighter for now, but have the potential of one of the greatest warrior races to roam the universe flowing through your veins. There is no limit to what you can accomplish through blood, sweat, and tears.

Two Frieza soldiers arrive, one being one of hose octopus-headed aliens with red skin and black spots, and the other being a blue-skinned creature with two horns and red hair.
"We've been sent to escort you to Commander Pomelgro," the blue-skinned alien tells you.
The red-skinned creature is armed with a blaster, while the other is not. You don't think they plan to attack you, but for some reason they seem a tad nervous.

Putting this out there now. Another anon brought it up at end of last thread. If the opportunity arises and we get a reward from Frieza we should request faster space pods. If we can turn 1 month trips in cryo sleep down to 2-3 week trips in cryo sleep then we greatly expand the amount of time we have to train, talk with side characters, and increase the total amount of missions we can do. We only have a few years before Planet Vegeta is set "to be hit by a meteorite". We should utilize our time as efficiently as possible.

You follow the two soldiers, leaving the scientists to resume their work as the three of you begin your walk down the long corridors that snake throughout Planet Vegeta's Capital.
As expected, neither soldier has made any move to attack you, or done anything to indicate a desire to do so, but they still seem rather nervous, something you decide to ask about.
"Commander Pomelgro just wasn't in a very good mood," the red alien explains. "So, try not to make him angry."
Soon, you reach a large landing pad, where a ship sits waiting. It's similar in appearance to Lord Frieza's ship, though it's far smaller. In front of it stands a tall alien in black armor and a white cape. His skin is purple, his head is bald, his ears are pointed, and he's scowling as you approach.
"This is him, then," he says to his men.
"Yes, Commander," the blue-skinned alien replies.
"Good, then leave. Tell Staff Officer Zeach that he's in charge until I get back," Commander Pomelgro instructs.

How i see it what we need is the best. We need the best training equipment, the best ships, the best...i dont know food. If we get these things, we promise Friza he will have the second best task force in his legion.

Also i say no matter what happens or what we get, if its possible we need to dedicate 3 months to a year on some extreme training and team building. This will make the harder missions we are bound to get easier and make us stronger hopefully put us in the 2000-3500 range depending on how much time we spend training over building social links.

As the two soldiers depart in haste, you approach the commander, giving a respectful hello.
He doesn't return the greeting. He continues to scowl as he looks at you, though he soon says something.
"I am Commander Pomelgro," he introduces. "Lord Frieza charged me with overseeing and assisting King Vegeta's operations for our lord's organization. Now Lord Frieza has asked me to bring you to Planet Peroni to meet with him. I will warn you only once to watch your tongue and your actions while in the presence of Lord Frieza. Make any trouble or display any disrespect, and you will die."
Without another word, he boards the ship, and you move quickly to follow. The two of you take off and leave Planet Vegeta behind, speeding toward Planet Peroni and Lord Frieza.

Your scouter informs you that this commander has a power level of 8000, making him a good bit stronger than even King Vegeta.
"But it's not my call, I'm following orders," he adds.

You decide to remain silent for the rest of the trip, which passes in awkward silence until you arrive at a red planet and descend toward the surface.
You see rows of trees stretching for miles all around you, as well as a cluster of large buildings nearly identical to those on Planet Vegeta. You take that to mean that they were also constructed by Frieza and his men.
The ship touches down on a large landing pad, and the commander quickly disembarks, with you following close behind. A quartet of Frieza soldiers wait at the bottom of the ship's ramp, and escort the two of you into the large building nearby.
You travel down the halls, passing a wide variety of aliens, most of whom pay you no mind as you move toward your destination. However, as you reach the end of the hall, you spot the large pink alien, Dodoria, standing in front of a large set of doors.
"So, you're Daikon," he says, looking right past Commander Pomelgro. "Lord Frieza wants to see you immediately."
He glances over toward Pomelgro. "Wait here. Lord Frieza wants to speak with you next."
He turns and opens the doors, leading the way inside.
You follow, and step into a large room, empty save a chair and a massive window that makes up the entirety of the far wall, providing a superb view of the forests beyond the cluster of buildings.
Zarbon stands to the right of the chair, looking at you with a frown on his face.
"Lord Frieza, the Saiyan is here," Dodoria announces as he moves to the left side of the chair.
"Excellent," you hear from the other side of the chair. "Welcome to Planet Peroni. You'll have to excuse its appearance, I'm afraid we're still renovating."
You see Frieza hop out of the chair and circle around back of it.

You hear an amused chuckle from Frieza, and the sounds of footsteps as he draws closer.
"You are Daikon, a low level Saiyan commanding a small team of warriors," Frieza says, giving a quick summary of his knowledge of who you are. "And I believe I saw you on Planet Banassa a few short months ago. Yes, that's why you look vaguely familiar. In any case, I've called you here in light of your successes so far."
You feel a shadow being cast over you, and see Frieza's feet right in front of you.
"You may stand," Frieza tells you, and you sense it's more of a command than a simple offer.
You slowly rise to your feet, making sure to keep your head respectfully inclined.
"You've accomplished two missions on my behalf so far," Frieza says. "Just as many others of your kind. However, your successes are of note because of how exactly you've handled things as compared to others of your kind."
He frowns. "Every other team of Saiyans that have survived have accomplished their missions to the letter. They've destroyed countless worlds in my name already. But you have been different. You've spread destruction, but not indiscriminately. No, instead you've provided me with labor forces, scientists, and slaves. With the exception of King Vegeta, I'm afraid the rest of your kind have not displayed such discretion."
He looks you dead in the eyes. "I wish to know why. What is it that has driven you to deliver such exemplary results when your fellow Saiyans have been more than content to operate within the extremely simple parameters of destruction I set for each mission."

Without Vegeta uniting us we'd still be under the Tuffle's thumb fighting each other. I was weaker than most, thus to survive I needed to be smarter and more skilled than the rest to survive. Escorted by the four soldiers, you make your way back to the landing pad, where the ship is waiting, apparently having been restocked by Frieza's men.
The two of you climb aboard, and the ramp is raised. The ship lifts off the ground, and the two of you begin your way back toward Planet Vegeta.
The commander is quiet throughout your voyage, though he seems slightly less annoyed than before. Perhaps that means his meeting with Frieza went well.

He glances over at you. "Since that day, my race has proudly served in the Frieza Force. We've helped conquer any worlds and civilizations. A few of my people were even on Banassa when Frieza found you Saiyans. As someone strong who has proven my loyalty to Lord Frieza, I was given the job of keeping an eye on King Vegeta for Lord Frieza."

You ask the commander what he thinks of the Saiyans.
He sniggers. "Not much. Your race has a good fighting spirit, but not much as far as brains are concerned. Other than you, King Vegeta, and a few others, the Saiyans aren't good for much more than simple destruction."

"Well, most people of most races Frieza conquers simply act as either workers or fighters, a lot like the Saiyans," the commander tells you. "But they display more self control than your kind usually does. Saiyans will rush right into a battle they can't win with no thought of strategy or survival, simply the thrill of battle. While many of Lord Frieza's other soldiers aren't geniuses, they understand better than that. Your people are also very proud, making them less likely to follow orders as well. That's something you'll need to change."
The ship touches down, and the ramp is lowered.
"Like I said, though, it isn't all Saiyans," he reminds you as he heads for the ramp.
You follow him, and the two of you disembark, finding Zorn waiting just off the landing pad.
"What is it, Zorn?" the commander asks as the two of you approach him.
"King Vegeta demands Daikon's presence immediately," Zorn explains.
"Tell him we'll be there in a moment," the commander responds.
