With all the extra space, it feels very luxurious inside the carriage. Like a limousine, maybe?
The carriage takes us into the castle, which is not so much a building as a monumental granite carving around which the city has grown.
Even now, we can see some workers carving out new rooms... well, they're spiders, so working while standing on the sides of a cliff or upside down doesn't seem to bother them.
The palace guards are wearing chest plates with large round shields and shortspears. All of them also have a long sword strapped to their backs.
As usual, pretty much everyone else is wearing mostly jewelry, while keeping their legs almost completely covered with colorful sleeves.
Once our carriage stops at the palace's entrance, we descend between two lines of guards and are escorted inside.
The building hallways are quite tall, with the walls eventually coming together to form a sharp roof over our heads. The floor is covered in blue plates of rock, and looks brand new.
As we approach the throne room, we stand before a set of tall, double doors carved out of the same rock as the palace itself. It looks as if they would be nearly impossible to move without dozens of people working on it, but the guard at the front of each of the lines escorting us moves ahead and effortlessly pushes a door open for us.

These goods come from the empire, sbastia, eopolis, albion and the dwarven kingdom of opal, so they are quite diverse indeed.
The court ladies... most of them are practically indistinguishable from attractive young men... that is to say, Lapsiona really seems to be the flat chest capital of the world. If it wasn't because they are a lot more humanoid than the males, we would honestly think they are just skinny guys with pretty faces. But it is probably a good idea to never mention it.
Besides, it is almost certain that it is because of their diet, anyway. Insct meat is apparently highly nutritious, but very, very low in fat.
Its to the point that even with out old world's sensitivities, we have no problem whatsoever seeing three dozen or more topless girls... its a little sad.

The throne is shaped more like a bench than a chair, since the spiderkin bodies tend to lay down rather than sit. Of course, it is lavish in its own way. Looking like an enormous, single gem that has been delicate carved all over its surface, it is probably priceless.
On the other hand, it is innately useless, isn't it? Well, it looks nice, all the same.
The king is an old man. He is wearing belts of woven gold rather than simple jewelry, and his head is adorned with gold rins around his mandibles and a bejeweled crown of delicate and light appearance adorns his head.
Next to him, but on a lower step next to the room... those would be his wife, son and daugther? probably

Also, once we are engaged in trade, it will present all the member countries with a international platform to present grievances and solve arguments in a peaceful manner through international consensus, rather than having no other resource but war.
If they join quickly, they will officially do so before Heven, giving them the honor of seniority and that much stronger a seat within the coalition's council.
The court listens on, and some murmurs of approval and dissent emerge from the room, including the uses of some of the more obscure goods.
For this, Honoria asks us to explain the bicarbonate of sodium, and when we begin listing its uses, the looks of the court gom from amazement to disbelief.
Well, it cant be helped, it is a stupidly useful substance after all. It really is hard to believe in how many ways it can be used, even for the average person of our home world.

Check our Luis Royo's art. I like it when he uses tattoos that are just barely a shade of difference in color from the girl's color. With Stella and Zoe, I think we've seen that even if a beastkin undergoes accelerated growth and has their Int/Wis leveled up, they're still very capable of staying as kids.
Even with increased Int and Wis, it's not like they act too much like the young adults their bodies would imply.
Whether they have an enjoyable childhood or not seems more dependent on how they're treated and whether they're forced to become more mature, rather than if their physical development gets accelerated.
