The event supposedly starts tomorrow and ends on Sunday. The /qa/ Nexus Thread is an utter mess (and that's killed most of the momentum in general) and they have yet to decide on where the party is so our three boards will be doing it and spreading the word to other boards except the main /qa/ thread. Since the original admins of the test rooms haven't really been around in the IRC we'll make a new room and appoint new mods unless they show back up. People were leaning toward dubtrack.
When preparations for the room are done tonight it'll be posted here and in the Diaspora Thread for a soundcheck, preparty, whatever. If anyone has any other ideas, suggestions, or concerns please bring them up.
