Ok, it's late at night, really late. We're gonna have some fun. I'm going to have an entire mercenary company named the Horned Toads, and need to have each member of it stated with a quick blurb about them.
I thought this could be done in a rather fun way.

Lanliss Elmon, a middle aged elf given command of the forward scouts. At first glance you'd think he was blind in one eye from all the scaring surrounding the socket, but miraculously the eyeball itself is in tact. Nearly five decades ago a mace crushed that side of his face, giving him the ruined visage, but the man survived. Except when scouting he keeps that side of his face hidden behind an eyepatch and heavy hood, uncomfortable about his appearance.

Erron Blunderbrook is a middle-aged man who handles all the financial dealings and minutiae for the Horned Toads. He's a real wizard with numbers, and doesn't hesitate to haggle furiously for the best deal. There are some whispered rumors that he skims a tiny bit of cash from the company coffers to help fuel his gambling habit, but nothing concrete. He's a coward, and pretty much useless in any sort of engagement, yet very practiced at running away. Level 3 Commoner.
