This is hard. I have an explicitly sexual magical realm and a distinctly non-sexual one, and the two are completely different - I don't like to see them spill over into each other.
I'd say a female brawler type, in fact not focused on kicks or grappling, with a bit of a tan, short hair (whatever color, as long as it's short).
A bit taller than average, but not giantess level (185cm, for example), muscle definition without excess mass, masculine speech patterns and boyish behavior that are explicitly not a cover for "wanting to be feminine" at all, and preferably a smoker.
As far as clothing goes, it'd have to be dress shirts, leather jackets and jeans.

It's one thing to have a fetish - the GM can decide whether he wants to allow you to have it, especially if he knows you and can talk to you about it. It's another thing to betray group trust and jeopardize the whole game in order to sneak in a fetish you otherwise think would be forbidden. It shows that you're most definitely not capable of handling playing your magical realm, as even your way of introducing it is disruptive.

I know from 6 years of oWoD GMing experience (and that's saying a lot, since some of the stereotypes are true) that even the most autismal wreck can learn to make a good character. It's less learning exactly what you should do and more learning the things you shouldn't do.
For example, you need to know when you're going at length about something, since that really reveals your magical realm. As long as you don't go at length about something and don't use charged words, you're already well on the way to playing your character normally.
