Which is a C'Tan and therefore does not have Warp presense. The SoB obtain powers because the Emperor is an incredibly powerful psyker with his own Warp domain.

Since they do not practice Warp fuckery, the machine spirits (which can be corrupted provided the delineation be Materium and Immaterium is thin enough) their belief in the machine does not feed a Warp entity. Rather, the rituals prevent Warp intervention in the function of the machines.

As such, the Emperor cannot communicate with machines. He has pre-DAoT knowledge, however.
