Before you is Orochimaru, the man who killed your master three years ago. Beside him is one of his usual giant summon snakes. Both he and the snake don't seem irritated in the slightest at your appearance.

It isn't that simple anon, however i agree that after we make an opening we should engage in CQC, maybe we should try to double team him with Enma and get him in beatdown mode if we can manage to summon him.
I just want to point out that i'm sure one of the main reasons this pair was chosen to come after B is his weakness to poison.
By which i simply mean he has no defense against it outside of trying to not get poisoned in the first place.
If B gets poisoned we need to become hyper aggressive because this fight will become very one sided and we need to force a conclusion.

You have to play this cautiously. Orochimaru is undoubtedly the strongest enemy you've ever faced alone, and one wrong move could spell your end.

As you fall, you direct yourself in Orochimaru's direction, ready to strike him with an attack fueled by both Impact chakra and gravity. If he doesn't want to move, he'll suffer the consequences.

A gate with a demonic face rises to greet your attack. You strike it, and are able to smash through, but you lose most of your momentum. You're left face to face with Orochimaru, who has produced a sword from his gullet, and is prepped to attack.

You have to take any opportunity to hit him that you can get. As Orochimaru swings his sword at you, you cover your body with Impact chakra to dull the blow, while pulling out your kyoketsu-shoge. You can feel your chakra sapping, but the blade is blocked, giving you the time you need to wrap around the sword and disarm Orochimaru.
As you toss the sword aside, it transforms into a snake and begins to slither back towards you and Orochimaru. You want to put as much distance as possible between them, so you quickly use a Shattershot.
As you expected, Orochimaru knows the trick to not getting stunned, and he leaps backwards. He's struck by the attack, but only receives minor damage.
"So you made me move, after all." he chuckles. "I guess you can consider that a small victory."
You have mere moments before the snake reaches Orochimaru and he undoubtedly comes at you for another attack.

As you stop spinning, and the snakes disappear, you notice that Orochimaru has vanished.

"Tsunade's technique, isn't it?" Orochimaru muses. "You must be quite something. Trained by both her and Sarutobi. You have a bright future ahead of you. If you can survive here, that is."
Suddenly, the whole ground shakes. You glance over to see a giant bull with octopus tentacles getting constricted by Manda. It must be the eight tails. All you can do is hope Bee can handle himself, as you can't spare any attention from this fight.
Orochimaru flashes through more hand signs.
"Fire Release: Fireball Jutsu!"
The fireball sent at you is a much greater size than you've seen from Sasuke. Orochimaru likely has ascertained your wind affinity and is using an appropriate element to match.

You want to limit how much he can dish out these fire attacks, so you need to get close again.
You're able to dodge the fireball by punching up some chunks of earth, giving you a path around the side of the fireball and closer to Orochimaru.
You close in on him as he swings his sword, and use your Impact armor again. This time, you don't bother with sword and just punch him. He moves, but you get a glancing blow. You see Orochimaru visibly flinch before dropping his sword.
"Well, that's quite unpleasant." Orochimaru grunts. "I think I'll keep my distance from you."
Orochimaru jumps back to get space between you. You make to follow, but suddenly Orochimaru's sword flies up into your path, and you're forced to stop before you inadvertently cleave yourself in half. It seems Orochimaru can control his sword with out even touching it.
Orochimaru stands some distance away, preparing to unleash another attack.

Well, it sort of makes sense. Sasuke's taking Naruto's role, sort of, and Naruto didn't score any kills until Pain, and only two technical takedowns (Kakuzu as part of a team effort and a clone of Itachi that was fighting at reduced strength). For being an overpowered protagonist, he actually isn't very effective for the beginning of Shippuden. He sure grows into the role, though.

With that sword out of the way, you'd have a much better chance at dealing Orochimaru a decisive blow.
"Can you keep that sword off me while I attack?" you ask Enma.

You and Enma dash forward after Orochimaru. The sword of Kusanagi moves to disrupt you, but you move as Enma grabs it. It turns to a snake and slips out of his grasp, but Enma remains fixed on it.
"This sword will not reach Kon as long as I am here!" Enma declares. "Fight him on your own power, Orochimaru!"
Enma has your back covered, so you can rush Orochimaru with impunity. Before you can close in to melee range, Orochimaru fires another jutsu in your direction.
"Fire Release: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!"
It's this move again. If you took the time to block or dodge, all your effort in closing the distance would be wasted, which is exactly what Orochimaru wants. So you put up your Impact armor to give you the absolute minimum of protection before dashing through the attack.
You're burned a bit by the flames, but you push through straight in front of Orochimaru. You can tell by his expression that he didn't expect that. He quickly shuffles through some hand signs just before you strike him.
"Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!"
A gust of wind pushes against you, slowing you down. You land your punch on Orochimaru, but are immediately blown back quite a ways. Orochimaru looks like he is having difficulty moving, but he suddenly glances at you and casts a jutsu before you can close in on him.
"Paralysis Jutsu!"
You feel yourself being bound. It doesn't take too long to break out of the technique, but by the time you do, Orochimaru can also move freely again.
Once again, he's managed to put distance between you.
