Devotion was okay, they fucked up Constellation entirely by introducing it too late and on too few cards, Tribute was garbage, Monstrous was okay, Bestow was fine, Heroic spawned a Standard deck, and Inspired had no impact. So mechanically it was pretty shit.

I don't know about one shifting into the other because I don't keep up too much with Legacy or its meta, all I know is that there's at least two decks in Legacy that run Sanctum as a 4-of almost 100% of the time.

I don't think it'll be good but I actually love the direction they took with RW. Both of the new Commanders give you a good Commander damage out while encouraging you to build with a different gameplan from the typical Voltron or token strategies found in the colour combination.
I think it'd be pretty fun to build a Kalemne deck that just spits out a fatty every turn to try and demand answers. I'd rather go Tariel or Zurgo for anything Anya would do but she's an interesting take on a finisher.

Anafenza's appeal is really just that it's graveyard hate on demand.
Sometimes you don't care much about your Commander so you just end up picking something that rounds out your deck or provides a passable answer to problems. I've got like, a dozen different builds that I end up using Tasigur in even when I'm not using all the Sultai colours.

I'm fairly new to commander but let me get this straight. Would it be possible to play this card in a deck with a bunch of token generating spells and only really strong creatures. So basically you spend your first few turns filling the board with tokens and tutoring up the card then sack all the tokens and get Emrakul and some other bullshit out?

Virtually every RW Commander wants you to go wide.
Kalemne is RW with a fatty strategy. Anya is a finisher that doesn't require extra parts, I think pillow-fort/burn with her would be pretty neat.
RW is still shit but I'm more interested in seeing the remaining cards than seeing what they do with their spellslinger RU. Speaking of which, fuck, I want my RU artificer.
