Information: After defeating Frieza, Daikon and his surviving allies returned to Planet Vegeta, where they usurped the King. With Daikon now ruling with Azu as his queen, he has turned his attention toward waging war with Cooler and King Cold. Having killed Cooler, Daikon must now deal with King Cold, who has come to Planet Vegeta and challenged the Saiyans, promising to destroy them with their planet.

Welcome to Saiyan Quest. This takes place in the years Frieza controlled Planet Vegeta, as the Saiyans grow in strength and try to find a way to free themselves.
Voting will operate on a first to five system, at least for the time being.
Dialogue is allowed to be added to votes, as are actions (though I'll ignore what I consider shitposting)
During battles, options will usually have a number assigned to them. After that vote has won, players will roll a d100, and have three chances to match or beat that number.
If a 100 is rolled, it is considered a crit success (unless 100 was the number you had to match).
If a 1 is rolled, it is a crit failure, regardless of whether or not the other two rolls are high enough to succeed.
If, during a battle, players want to attempt a writein action, that is allowed, but I am the one who will assign the number to it, so use caution
You're a young male Saiyan who fought in the war with the Tuffles. You've become one of the most powerful Saiyans in the universe, but there's still potential for you to grow stronger.

You open communications with the ship, and are greeted by the image of a large alien you can only assume to be King Cold.
His appearance reminds you more of Frieza's initial form, though he's far more tall and imposing, his horns are curled upward. He wears a large cape, and a frown as he glares at you from across space.
"So...you are the one who killed my son," he growls. "My clan is feared throughout the universe. You're a fool to challenge my supremacy."
He smirks. "But, I will afford you the honor of dying at the hands of King Cold himself!"
"Where do you want to settle this?" you ask.
"Why not here?" King Cold asks with a smirk. "You can die here with your planet."

You see King Cold smirk. "You don't trust me? Very well, we have a deal."
You watch as King Cold's ship descends toward Planet Vegeta, just as he agreed. You can sense him aboard, so you know it isn't a trick. At least, not a trick to make you believe he's on the planet when he really isn't.
"Sire, shall we land?" an engineer asks.

Your ship follows King Cold's, and you disembark o find the alien tyrant waiting for you. He wears an expression of seriousness, though he's keeping whatever emotions he's feeling mostly in check. Still, you feel as though at a moment he could explode into a violent fury.
"So, you didn't run away," King Cold observes, approaching you. "You must be confident, boy. And who could blame you? Defeating my son is a feat few could manage. Truly, you must be a skilled warrior."

King Cold frowns. "Is that a fact? It seems both my sons are disappointments. You, on the other hand, have impressed me. To encounter a warrior of your caliber is a very rare occurrence."
"Why are you suddenly complimenting me?" you ask.
"Because I've an idea," King Cold tells you. "I find myself short two heirs, and with your incredible skill, you'd certainly make a worthy addition to my clan."
He smiles. "I'm offering you the chance to take the place of my son's. Think of it, you'd be the prince of the entire universe, magnificent planets across creation would be subject to your every whim."

You let out a yell, and the ground around you trembles. Your hair stands up, turning golden, sparks crack around you, your muscles bulge, your eyes turn green, and your power climbs.
"What an amusing display," King Cold says. "Now, it's time I ended you!"
He holds his hand toward you, unleashing a wave of energy.

You leap out of the way of his blast and rush right at him.
King Cold stands his ground, and you throw a punch that he catches with his right hand. He turns and throws you face-first into the ground.
You roll out of the way as he attempts to stomp on you, and push yourself back up, only to be blasted in the back and sent flying forward.
Once again you land on your face. Pushing yourself back up and turning around, you see King Cold flying right for you.

You rush behind him and kick into his back, spinning and firing an energy wave that pushes him through the dirt.
You land as he pushes himself back up, removing his damaged cape and turning to face you.
"Not bad," he admits, chuckling a bit. "I can see how my sons fell so easily. But I'm far more powerful than they were."
He lets out a yell, and a bright light surrounds him.
