Almost all of these sound pretty terrible. Being trapped in a shitty lamp house for eternity, only being let out to give people wishes? Did I miss something, or is this 9 points because the creator really, really liked the idea of being trapped in a fucking house? You can also re-enact a shitty version of Groundhog Day for 7 points. Or for 8 points, be bound to some random person for their entire life, unable to interact with anyone else, and constantly convincing them to do good things. Oh but you get a holiday in heaven for 6 months when they die. At least the one where you are trapped in a single moment for ETERNITY, unable to do ANYTHING ELSE, FOREVER doesn't cost anything. But seriously, who the fuck would choose that? I would rather be tortured to death over a millennium than that. All the other ones are arguably not completely horrible, but still, all the choices are supposed to be at least reasonable enough for the occasional person to choose.
I'd go with fiend. It's basically the only one that would let you live a normal, immortal life. The only downside being that you have to kill someone every two weeks at the most, but just pick the perk where you are more likely to kill evil people and you're good to go, hello immortal life as Super Dexter. Of course, then you just get 13 more points to spend on bonus perks. I'd pick Free, but Never Alone is probably more important. Actually, fuck it, remove the 'finding evil people' perk, that's a waste of points I'm fucking immortal I can find people to kill by myself. So Free AND Never Alone. Now I won't get trapped in the centre of a star or left alone in space forever when the Earth blows up. Or the universe implodes. I'm not waiting around in space for trillions of years for another big bang or some shit. With those two perks I shouldn't get 'stuck' for billions of years in any situation, but I've got three points left so I might as well grab Pull the Plug just in case something unforeseen happens.

You either didn't read the benefits or didn't like the benefits of these. You can do just about anything you want with your phenomenal cosmic power in your lamp if you're a genie. The time loop has the benefit that you can go around and do whatever you want without having to pay for any consequences. I did agree that it was a bit expensive for that, though. I lowered the price accordingly. For Saint, I wanted the cost to be representative of just how good the heaven is. As for perpetuation.... I have no excuse. There's a reason it is free. But then again, it isn't the only free option. I honestly would be surprised the first time I see someone pick it.

You can "harden" parts, but that's more of just willing certain parts to not move, even when force acts upon them. Control over slime form is easy & doesn't require any training. One thing you can't do is disguise as human. Unless you pick a really really opaque material, then you're going to be translucent. You have your full array of senses, but whereas nothing can harm you, there's no pain.

I feel that the genie option is severely underpowered. Yeah, you got phenomenal cosmic powers but you can't do jack-shit with them. So, some douche rubs the fucking lamp and poof out you go. They're not gonna be able to decide on a wish in 60 seconds unless they spent their whole life preparing for this one moment. And even then, 60 seconds of free-time after granting the wish? Are you completely nuts? No one is going to choose this option for any reason unless they have a *trapped in a house for eternity* fetish. "Oh, what a pretty night-time sky. Neat. Welp, time to re-watch all episodes of scubs. Again"
At the very least, increase the time limit to an hour or so, or even better make it so that when the genie is summoned s/he can chill in the real world until the master banishes them back into the lamp (or you return freely), or that they can run about as much as they like in a 10 meter radius from the lamp or something. If you're gonna use Disney-Aladdin for inspiration then at least stick to the premise established by the movie

I'd redo the Genie power such that the Genie can choose to interpret his master's wishes in a manner advantageous to himself. Make the master work for his wishes, dammit.
Specifically, masters should be able to specify, at the most vague, a goal and a method. If the master only supplies one (the goal) but not the method, the Genie is free to act in such a way as to bring the goal about.
Wish to be immortal? Congratulations, you're a jellyfish. Wish to have unlimited wealth? Genie turns himself into a tycoon and then hands out the proceeds to the 'master' whenever the master needs cash. Wish for someone to fall in love with you? Genie turns himself into an exact replica of that person and acts like he's in love with you; as long as he continues to do so he has free rein to behave however he likes and enjoy himself.
Give the Genie an incentive to think about how his powers are exercised.

As an immortal pharaoh priest-king, continue spreading influence. Offer protection and guidance for caravans. Turn the Desert Temple into the nexus of a bustling trade-city. Caravans led by a Priest become rumoured to make their way across the desert with amazing swiftness, security, and comfort; the Priests also manage to convert many who go on to found cults.
Soon, the cults would have done enough charitable/community work to come out as legitimate religions, building temples in the great cities of the world. And then our victory will be complete!
