God, there isn't even two days left until 2016. The prospect of being able to chill with my mons and family at White Forest tomorrow is exciting.
It would also be nice if I could actually get some motherfucking sleep because it's like 20 to 3 in the morning. Maybe you should slowly introduce them to each other, periods where both are out and keeping a strong eye out when they interact with each other. If one gets agitated, take it back into its ball before they try to launch an attack. If you keep repeating this, allowing breaks in between, they should eventually grow accustomed to each other's temperaments, and Brand might calm down a little and not try to get Sandra to play with him when she's not in the mood. This is the method I used to introduce my Sylveon to my mother's Meowstic back when they were both in their initial forms.

Can anyone give me some advice on a proper exercise routine and diet for ghost types? I caught a phantump a couple days ago, and I'm not totally sure what I should be doing to keep him healthy. I'm trying to let him out of his ball as much as possible, just to let him float around, but I don't know if I should be doing more. He doesn't *seem* hungry, but I don't really know how to tell.

Taking the Phantump out to explore will do it well, It may begin to entertain itself by pranking you once it grows close enough to you. Although you'll be glad to hear that Phantump aren't as mischievous as other Ghosts. In fact, they're docile for the most part.

See discussion in the previous thread. We're banned in /vp/ for no apparent reason - not even banned, the threads are just automatically pruned by (I think) one mod with nothing better to do. Mage Council also gets kicked from /tg/ (and is at least tangentially related to fantasy games), and this isn't really a quest.
By and large, what you're doing is basically forum roleplay. It's the sort of stuff that belongs on a completely different type of site.
The major issues are that these are the kind of threads that only need about four people to keep them bumped indefinitely, clogging up the board with what basically is just off-topic chatter between a small and not particularly inclusive group of tripfags.
If you already have an Irc chatroom, then the only purpose for this thread is for advertising, and at that point it's rather obnoxious to think that your chatroom deserves some sort of special privileges and exceptions.
/tg/ really isn't the dumping ground for exiled threads, especially if you're only here because it's a slow board and you've made the common mistake of thinking roleplaying games and generic roleplaying are equivalent. This is neither the acting board nor bedroom play board, nor is it the cybersex board or the forum roleplaying board. Board games, paper games, war games, and card games go here, and while it makes sense if you want to discuss the various pokemon tabletop or card games here, it's a little much to try to carve a niche for your chatroom advertising thread.
Some advice for your PTU game. To make it go faster, from the player side, is to just stat the Pokemon. Leave the trainer as the item carrying mule and be done with it.
However, I will warn you that most Pokemon games have a lot of math.

I think the issue is that this style of thread really doesn't match this site very well. Compared to traditional forum sites, 4chan is rather ephemeral, even with the archive, and active thread space is at a premium.
Forum roleplaying really is better suited for sites like Gaia, with infinite thread length and duration, where other threads don't have to compete just to stay alive.

I've been working on a few different gyms. Minimizing spoilers, as I'm pretty sure some of my players are on here (hi, Blake! You probably don't want to read anything past this bit), but I've had a Fighting-type gym based on WWF, and I'm including an Electric-type gym where all battlers can move fairly large floor platforms around and complete circuits to cause damage to those on it. And that's just one of them. If there's interest, I can share a few other ideas (and if there's another game starting, the last game I was a player in died, so I'm short one and have a few characters built.)

It was the first Gym. The Pokémon were a Speed-based Mankey, a middling Machop, and a Makuhita with a speed of 1 and an attack of 19. The Makuhita also had Power-Up Punch and gained DR 5 upon using a Fighting-type move. The first one beat him with a tanky Leech Seed/Mega Drain Shroomish, the second by a Froakie with maxed-out speed Evasion and a paralysis trigger off Lick. I'm curious to see what the third will do, probably some bullshit with his Taillow (of course, the Makuhita does know Thunder Punch, so we'll see.)

I'm running a game right now, I have to say pokemon feel REALLY weak at later levels. I personally like it. It plays more like PMD with trainers than regular Pokémon, assuming you use grids and don't just abstract it, there's a ton of variety in classes and you can make any Pokémon viable with the right feats. I've had two trainers. The first was a Yellow clone with a Farfetch'd starter, never got far with them; first time the game fell apart and eventually stopped, second time the game rules got updated and the main class for my character was removed from the game so I just decided to give up with them.
Currently playing a Zinnia clone now, dragon tamer with special powers and shit, the game's only been a few sessions and they're far between however so I don't have any stories. Has a Noibat for a starter, darkvision is a fun skill for your Pokémon to have.
Higher levels are definitely better than lower levels, low levels are basically rocket tag combat-wise, higher levels let each Pokémon take more blows so they feel more like actual battles.
