Thinking about making a flake that constantly runs away from responsibilities and events that would make them important out of fear of failure or some shit like that.
Living a nice easy life, staying under the radar and always taking a step back when any kind of leadership position happens.
One day though, the Shaman predicts he'll be instrumental in his tribe's future. He freaks the fuck out and runs off, he's feeling bad about it in the hills when he gets attacked by bandits and ignites straight into a village on another plane.
He wakes up to learn that it was foretold of a scaled savior from the sky (he's a viashino), he doesn't hear the next part because he is bolting out of the door. His life since his ignition has been taking mercenary work and killing people to feed himself, only to nope the fuck out once people start depending on him past just as a hired sword.

I really like the idea of a destined hero who has zero interest at all in being a hero and just wants to be left alone. I mean, the jokes write themselves. I say go for it.
It might be funnier though if instead of him being specifically a coward his whole life he's more just sort of a normal guy who, like any normal person, would have a lot of very reasonable doubts about jumping in and trying to fight a giant dragon or something. Maybe as more and more destined events try to steer him into heroism his reactions slowly get more and more exaggerated. Like, the first time a bearded prophet comes to his door with a sacred scroll, he hears him out. But after the third or fourth time something like that happens, he starts bolting at the first mention of "destiny". That's just my opinion, though, and additionally that's only if you want to make it goofier. I'm not too good when it comes to serious dramatic advice.

His place in House Dimir gives him some level of stealthy edge to make him feel good about himself as he pursues the one thing that he really likes (artifacts), but when shit hits the fan on any plane, he will typically just nope out and be like "Well, that's one more place I'm never going to again."

That way he can have a more defined character arc to someone who will take some responsibility for people he forms emotional connections while not actively seeking out positions of authority or responsibility.

Seriously tho, all of them fit. Mages value knowledge of things best left unknown and spend their lives pursuing it, which is blue, and believe it better be done in a regimented, regulated acadamey with rules and orders, which is white, but also are ruthless in their pursuse of power boh magical and political. Very black . Most of them also like to spend their time eating, drinking, and generally have been shown to be pretty cool with breaking the rules when it suits them. Add in the love for big explosions and the usual bumbling around by instincts instead of doing the logical thing and you get a good chunk of red. Green is really the only color that is not much represented, since wizards are uncomfortable with nature. That is a witchs things mostly, though people like Ridcully have definitely some green in them. Even if just a bit.

I think that's all the art, she's not really a titty monster but the first art of her I got was a gift from a friend who draws women in a very specific way thus spawning the memes. You know, I do wonder why they went with Sigarda, the one who had the least stake in Avacyn getting enslaved by Nahiri.
I understand why Bruna wasn't the hero angel, because of the three sisters she received no characterization at all, but Sigarda got a blurb about how her flight was the closest to giving up on Avacyn and looking to other ways to protect humanity. So she's not really that invested in the conflict created by Avacyn going rogue; Sigarda admired Avacyn but never got too close to her because she could tell Avacyn wasn't like them, and to the green angel that was important. The WB sister played into that somewhat, but not to a major extent.
Gisela, however, was the next-strongest angel on Innistrad, and characterized more than Sigarda at the time of AVR as Avacyn's confidant and staunchest ally, and probably the closest thing Avacyn ever had to a friend. An angel that did not know fear, despair, or helplessness until she saw Avacyn wounded.
Did nobody on the dev team think that there would have been a more interesting conflict if the angel that stayed sane and realized Avacyn had gone mad was the one who loved Avacyn the most?

As another poster mentioned, I like the little details. But come on, where's Ruinous Path? That's like the best Awaken card!
Also, and I could be wrong on this, you could just keep "Wizard". I don't think it's a hard and fast rule or anything, but I notice that a lot of flakes have classes that correspond to existing creature subtypes in the game. Again, maybe it's not an absolute requirement, but it's something to consider.
Other than those petty nitpicks, I like the overall concept.

back in rise of the eldrazi, there was an article that suggested the eldrazi were themselves beings of pure mana when outside of planes. Have you considered delving into the idea that when your character summons an eldrazi, they might connect to the eldrazi they are designed after, as though you were growing them new fingers?

Originally, Gaia was just a placeholder name while I thought of something better. But the name started to stick, and by the time I did think of a better name, people were still calling her Gaia. So lo and behold, that's what I put on her flakesheet. Then about two days later I remembered Dominaria's Gaea and went "oh shit. I fucked up."
So I actually wrote a reason why they have the same name, atm. It's hamfisted, imo, but what can you do? In her time on Dominaria, people kept mistaking her for Gaea, which she was flattered by. Eventually, she just didn't have the heart to correct their mistakes anymore, and just borrowed the name for herself, adding it to the list of names she's used.

Ravnica has some giants, but I certainly wouldn't say that it's "full of giants." Giants have never been a major force within any guild in the stories and there are only ten giant cards across the two blocks.
It's a big city, but there likely wouldn't major amount of accommodations for beings that large. Within guilds, they are more likely to be found within the Boros Legion, which has a tendency for taking red creatures and giving them purpose (and therefore likely has barracks built for giants), or in the Gruul Clans, where they are out in nature anyway.

At the start of the Ravnica book Agrus Kos goes on a pretty long musing about how important giants were in the history of the boros guild, so there are definitely a good deal in it. Gruul also have giants both as warriors and as shamans.

Second "bleed" plane get. This plane is one with an absolute overabundance of Blue mana.
I have ideas- not art, yet, but ideas- for the Black-bleed and Red-bleed planes, but I'm not sure if they're interesting enough just yet. Here's the idea-ball so far:
Black-Bleed plane is pretty much literally in ruins. Small groups of people tend to set up encampments, forts, and the like, but there is no central governing force anymore. It's a plane where you have to fight for what's yours, you can generally count the number of people you trust on one hand, and anyone with power is able to best those who don't have it. I was considering a sort of literal zombie apocalypse plane, where bodies were reanimated by the plane itself, but that seems a little extreme.
Red-bleed plane is a lava world with obsidian spires, freakin' dragons everywhere, and a giant Dwarf-Fortress esque civilization that has learned how to harness the lava for various purposes. Stretches of useable land do exist, though the heat makes it quite unbearable to live on. At least it's farmable, usually.
White-bleed plane is something I'm still pondering on; not sure what exactly to do with it.

His ult I'm not sure about, I want to represent his doctor roots with something like gain 1 life instead while investigating, or maybe change it to making an opponent mill the top of their deck. I'm worried the first is too white, and the second too Jayce.

I admire any attempt at a two-mana Planeswalker, and I think the second ability is fine. The ultimate is a little bit too narrow, though. Is has good chemistry with the +1, but Investigate is a very specific mechanic, and as a result only a very specific kind of deck would want that ultimate.
The first ability could probably be improved or changed, but it isn't as big of a problem because everyone loves drawing cards. As Tibalt showed us, designing a +1 for a two-mana Planeswalker is really difficult. As long as putting loyalty counters on him doesn't actively hurt the player (like Tibalt's did), I think any weak effect would work.

I will most likely get mobbed for daring to critique you but your flakes in general are extremely boring and are obviously made just so you have more characters to star in your smut stories. Even this demon man who really shouldnt even be a flake is pretty obviously made so you can have a big ugly demon man who can fuck Serena, again. Thats why he is another flake focused on Innistrad, right? It really wouldnt be so blatant if you made effort with Mr Demon here but you ditch that out by invalidating his entire creation with "creative liberties". If you want to make a demon man for your stories or "ERP things", thats fine, but it doesnt have to be flake. You can try to put in more effort too. That is actually debatable. In the story itself, I'd agree--if it's not relevant, don't talk about it. On a flake sheet, however, generally the point is just to get across the character and explain relevant details. There IS no "showing" on the flake sheets; they're inherently an expository medium. Since a demon having a spark is a glaring exception to the normal rules, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for an explanation--although, since Filth Anon explained it was comedic, I'd potentially change my critique to just suggesting that they make that a bit clearer in the sheet.
