Does the Reverse Engineering shard from Worm work on things that aren't strictly technology? For example, could I use it to help me find out the details as to how exactly a system of magic works in scientific terms or help me analyze the physiology of things like Supernatural demons to understand exactly what goes on when they possess someone?
If so, would it be too much of a stretch to use it to 'reverse engineer' someone's thinking process to let me understand them better?

Unless a jumper buys the perk where everybody tends to believe your accusations, nobody's going to believe a guy who suddenly starts yelling that a dog is an alien anyway. And probably not even then, at least not until it's too late for someone(s).
Really, it's the kind of situation where not having superpowers means you simply won't be able to save everyone, despite knowing what's to come - which rather brings the horror home, in a way. Triage in media res.
Hi guys, it's me again with the yearly edition of Anima thread!
Anybody know what is the recovery rate for "Sacrificed Life/Zeon/Ki points"? I ctrl+f the whole core book and prometheum exxet about it but didnt found anything.
Also, I made a bunch of artifacts (which are probably unbalanced) and I was wondering if I rated them properly (artifact power level). I'll post them in the thread now.

So, either Marvel are trying to buy out 40k, or a copyright was between Disney and Games Workshop is about to begin.
>>47229329
GW will settle out of court, if anything.
>>47229368
Yup. Most likely Disney will pony up some cash, the artist will be sternly reprimanded or fired, and that issue will be reprinted with altered art and MarvelTau will quietly disappear.

I think this has to be one of the better things that came from me screwing up.
are the charts in the imgur album the most up to date?
Why are Drow so melanin rich? they live in caves and avoid the surface. all other cave dwelling species become albino, and blind for that matter.
Because darkness is associated with evil, which the drow tend to be.
>>47244079
Because the underdark is not totally black, and they have to blend in with the cave walls.
Also because it's fantasy. Why do orcs have tusks?
>>47244079
It's magic. I ain't gotta explain shit.

My name is Cecile, and I'm sixteen years old. I already thought my life was odd, what with my parents having moved halfway across the country for their new job and leaving me in the care of my older sister... but then my best friend went and had a book shipped to my house that ended up giving me superpowers.
After a mostly fun day at a not-quite-amusement park, our good times have been shot right to hell by Irene's informing us of Faceless's latest move. Because of course I can't have a single day pass without SOMETHING bad happening.
We've...

Plans have been made.
Well maybe not so much of an outright "plan," but we at least have an idea as to what we're going to be doing about the impending burglary attempt that we're all sure is still probably going to happen.
"So that's it?" I ask.
"For now, I guess," Charlotte replies, still visibly displeased about everything that's going on. "We can go over specifics back at the hotel."
She points at Irene.
"Faceless has never struck before sundown so I expect you to show up to...

Who would win in a fight, Captain America or a Space Marine? No power armor, no shield.
>>47155523
Space marine.
Why is that even a question?
Spacemarine.
Look at how plot armor is gained by not wearing a helmet. Imagine the power when fully exposed
>>47155575
Because he's Captain Fucking America man, sure the Marine is taller but Cap is just as strong and probably faster

That is her choice and you should respect it.
“…but it’s all itchy, you know? That, and weirdly soft. I don’t like it.”
“Soft is nice. It’s like my whole body is more comfy! I’ve even got a couple of pillows, now.”
“Yeah, pillows that cause back pain and a lot of romantic confusion. This sex sucks.”
“But it lets us wear tighter pants!”
“I wish. I could really, really go for some pants right now.”
“I’ll trade you mine for your dress.”
“Hmm… Oh, hey, Raban.”
I sit up, blinking. I’m in a bedroll. “Gmmf mormmf.” I mumble.

You dreamt you were a really angry young man who burned everything he touched.
How would you do Warrior culture?
>>47238169
Like Sparta, because it's what everyone does anyway.
They are either from a shItty place where you have to fight for resources and survival, or they were conquered at some time in past and after throwing off their conquerors swore they would never allow it again.

wow this picture is so.... idk what even the word for it is
military outfit, asian girl, !katana, demon head, blood feathers. its got it all.
How does "everyone agreed not to kill each other with long-range AI missiles so that everyone wouldn't die from long-range AI missiles" stand as an excuse for "and a thousand years later they fight with swords in space"?
Not very good. A sore loser could bring the nuclear apocalypse upon the earth.
Anime is for fags.

So we already know that Soul Stream and Soul Geyser are the same spell
>It should be noted that in Japanese, this is the same spell as "Soul Geyser" in Dark Souls 2. Also, the description of the spell in 2 calling it a family heirloom is erroneous; It is said to be An-Dil's (Aldia's) "legacy", suggesting that he created it.
The in-game translation is:
>"Sorcery imparted by the first of the Scholars, when Lothric and the Grand Archives were but young.

Reminder that DaS1 giants do in fact have faces
The Deep is referring to or at least related to Ash Lake and the liquid contained therein.
It's said in 3 that the Human Dregs, what one can assume to be the smallest unit of the Deep, constitutes the "bedrock of the world" and that they naturally sink to the bottom of a Human and presumably also the world. Considering the color of Human Dregs and the color of the "water" in Ash Lake, the lowest part of the entire Dark Souls world, its not a stretch to assume that they're one in the same or again related.
Also, if Human Dregs found there way...

Not a bad experience i must say,
DMs shouldn't include wood elves in campaigns I play in.
